Great place to get a decent cup of strong coffee. The coffee quality is great - no acidity or acridity. Nice and smooth mouthfeel.
The seating area offers variety- communal tables to smaller more refined seating. They have some outdoor seating as well. Seeing Benny the cat is always a bonus.

I don’t know what they put in their vanilla lattes, but all I can say is it’s the best iced latte I’ve ever had in my life. I’m saying this as a coffee freak too; this stuff is the real deal. Service was excellent as well.

Note that the location is not wheelchair accessible and has limited parking.
