App shows they’re open, pulled up at 10:50 PM, the lady tells us they’re only taking mobile orders. I place a mobile order and wrap back around, after 5 minutes she tells me that they have not received an order. She has us pull up and we wait another 5 minutes for another lady to walk up and tell us that yet again they haven’t received any mobile orders (a person in front of us had a full meal handed to them and there were people sitting inside eating and laughing even though...read full review
After messing messing up my triple cheeseburger, they politely offered to remake it. I guess the cook didn't like that because he smothered it and catch up and then smashed it down so hard that the bun split into two. When I went in to tell the manager about it, he didn't seem to be concerned. I worked in restaurants for 13 years, and would not treat someone this way...
Milkshake machine is always broken, I never get straws or sauces. I shouldn't have to check my bag EVERYTIME. Not my job. Also the machines been down for months, how?
