A wonderful addition to the mount. The atmosphere is upbeat. Industrial modern vibe with the decor. But the star is the food. The best fish sandwich in the Burgh. A prime rib sandwich on Mancini roll get an A with long sautéed onion and melted provolone. Hope others on Mt Washington and Duquesne Heights make it their go to spot.
We were in Pit last night from NY, we stopped in after checking out the incline. Awesome atmosphere, staff were great, great drinks, and the food looked amazing. Next time we are in the Burgh we will definitely be back.
My husband & I were in Pittsburgh 10/31-11/4/25. We went up to Mount Washington on our last full day, and visited the Steel Mill Saloon. And we were so thrilled that we stopped in!
