Taylor is the man! Great food and awesome spot.
Being a home brewer, I investigate microbreweries when I travel. The food we had was great although a bit pricey. The Oktoberfest & dunkel a great.
And as a (Lutheran) Pastor & wife, we found the the traditional church environment very enjoyable.
Ryan, our server, was helpful, knowledged, and very efficient in his thorough service to us.

So, we had an experience here a year or 2 ago and the food was bad(like almost as bad as Penn brewery food bad which is probably the worst in Pittsburgh), service was bad. Even the beer felt off. All around a 1 star experience, 2 stars cause of the cool setting. Recently my parents really wanted to try the place out and my wife and I obviously recommended against it, but there was no stopping them. To my surprise, it felt like a completely different experience. The food was great....read full review
