“East End Brewing hosted Dating in Pittsburgh’s Furry Friends & Fresh Brews event on July 31, 2024. With 100+ Pittsburgh singles and 40 adorable dogs in attendance, the spacious venue was perfect for mingling. The layout encouraged easy interaction, allowing people to mingle organically while their furry friends had a blast meeting each other.

The atmosphere at East End Brewing was welcoming, and you could see the staff’s dedication to creating an inclusive experience for everyone.

One of the highlights of the event was the delicious food and drinks! The variety of beers and ciders complemented the pizza wonderfully.

We can’t wait to return to East End Brewing with friends (and our pus, of course)!“

Inner Groove Brewing - Allentown Taproom Brewery • $$
827 E Warrington Ave, Pittsburgh

“Review:

Stepping into this taproom is like entering a haven of nostalgia and well-being, where the ambiance is as carefully crafted as the beer they serve. From the moment you walk through the door, you're enveloped in a sense of warmth and familiarity that instantly puts you at ease.

The first thing that grabs your attention is the unmistakable crackle of music playing on vinyl records. It's a refreshing departure from the digital playlists that dominate most establishments, and it sets the perfect tone for an evening of relaxation and enjoyment. Each track seems to have been curated with care, evoking memories of simpler times and transporting you to a place of comfort and joy.

But it's not just the music that makes this place special; it's the beer. Crafted with a level of skill and passion that's evident in every sip, their brews are a testament to the artistry of the master brewers behind them. From crisp, refreshing lagers to rich, complex ales, there's something here to delight every palate.

What truly sets this taproom apart, however, is the sense of community that permeates the space. Whether you're chatting with the friendly staff behind the bar or striking up a conversation with fellow patrons, there's a feeling of camaraderie that's hard to find elsewhere. It's a place where strangers quickly become friends, bonded by a shared love of good music, great beer, and even better company.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and impersonal, this taproom is a welcome oasis of calm and connection. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or simply seeking a place to relax and recharge, it's the perfect destination. So grab a seat, order a pint, and let the music and the beer wash over you. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to your next visit.“

“Came here after work to order takeout because I wanted a bite to eat. I got the turkey sando and the tots and let me tell you I was impressed! I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! The vibe of the place was also a plus, really down to Earth!“

“The service. Specifically, Jake the server. He was superlative. His attention to detail was way beyond expectations. He brought my companions food and apologized saying he'd sent mine back because he thought it was too dark. My mozzarella sticks arrived golden, crisp, and perfect. Such a dedication to excellence in standards can't go unacknowledged. Attentive and friendly. Praiseworthy indeed.“

“I have to say that everything was really good. This is our second time here, which reflects how much we like the place. We came in the early afternoon so it wasn't busy. We had drinks and appetizers (wings, pretzel, spinach dip), all were very good. We accidentally left our wallet there but did not realize it until much later, almost closing time. I called, Kevin looked for it but didn't see anything. He took my name and number and by the grace of GOD called back the next morning saying they had found it. This place has endeared itself to us so we will be coming back.“
