Wiener World Pittsburgh offers thick, juicy "weens" and a range of classic hot dog options, including the popular Chicago dog, which is amazing. The restaurant now has a new, harder to find location in the tunnel connecting the US Steel Tower to the subway station, offering a bunch of tables to sit down and eat. This location is safer than the previous one, and while some miss the old shop's charm, the food is consistently fresh and made to order, with the same great dog and fries. It is worth the visit for the best all beef hot dogs in town. The fish sandwich is huge with excellent fish, and for a real treat, their fish in a dish with tarter sauce is amazing. The staff is fast and friendly.
