“This place is fantastic! Don’t let the small, corner location keep you away. I ordered this 5 hoagie platter for my birthday party and it was a huge hit with my family. This made it so much easier than ordering individual sandwiches for everyone. They slice the roll twice longways, leaving a barrier between the meat and veggies. It’s a brilliant idea that keeps the ingredients nicer longer. We will definitely be going back for more!“

“Our high school hockey team traveled to Wilkes-Barre, PA for games this weekend and someone told us about Kiko’s. We ordered breakfast sandwiches for the team that were absolutely fabulous. The boys loved them and asked for more! So, we ordered sandwiches for the ride home, and once again they were a huge hit! Kiko also made two trays of empanadas for us to try and the kids devoured them. Kiko is wonderful - very generous, flexible and a pleasure to work with. The experience was stellar! “I was craving an Italian Sub, and this place really came through. Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean, the food delicious and very reasonably priced, AND they were open. There are very few places that are open early. Stop in and get something good. You can sit inside or outside. There's plenty of parking in the lot. See you there!“

“The family is super nice and down to earth. The Italian dishes are so good. Another awesome family owned business in the 18704. When it's nice out, they have outdoor dining. As you eat outside you can enjoy the beautiful mural that's located across the street at Amy Bezek Photography's studio and art gallery.“

“I have known about this little gem for quite some time now. We try to order at least once a month. They're subs are amazing! They are made fresh daily & made to order. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and makes the experience worthwhile. It's just a tiny little shop that sells produce and has a small deli. There are sandwiches & subs, cold salads and hot soups available. They do have a tendency to get busy at lunch time so be sure to call ahead to place your order. I have never had to wait more than half an hour. And if you're calling ahead knowing you're expected lunch time that shouldn't be a problem. I highly recommend their specialty sandwich and the Italian.Parking: Parking is located in front of the store or on Schuyler Ave.“

“This place is awesome! Very classic diner-esque corner spot with a breakfast bar. It’s a modest place with super friendly and personable staff. The prices are low and the food is great! My fiancée and I come for breakfast or order delivery multiple times a week. Their coffee is AMAZING and honestly never had a bad experience. Ally, Rob, and Chris are some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! Will continue to enjoy our breakfast from this spot for many times to come.“

As someone who grew up eating deli sandwiches DAILY….. PETERS DELI HAS THE BEST SANDWICHES IN THE NEPA AREA.Period. There are not enough reviews on Google! Check the Facebook page!!!I have never had a bad sandwich from here no matter how busy it was, no matter what is going on. The order is right every time and it is fresh and absolutely delicious. Truly set apart from the other places in town and trust me, I tried them out. Most of them I couldn’t finish because I am comparing it to Peters. Dollars WASTED! Because there is no competition. These sandwiches, hot or cold- are worth waiting in the snow for if you needed to. And trust me, I have done it. Straight up waked over with my son in tote, in a snow storm to get a sandwich from here! And oh, it was still hot when I got home.Tracey and her husband are so welcoming, and all the cashiers are as well. They treat everyone equally. They have become family to me. If you are looking for a sandwich that hits the spot and feels like home, come to Peters Deli. I even do a little midday date here at the seating area in the back. Its nice and clean! “This was our first time here. The food was delicious. The bread was fresh as were the tomatoes and lettuce. The meats were so tasty. The pasta salad and potato salad were really good. Don’t get me started on the cookie… I could have eaten a dozen. We will definitely come back.“

“First time trying Wilkes-Barre Deli today. I've been following them on instagram for a bit and we had been meaning to try it based off just the photos for weeks.Very friendly staff, we were offered free coffee while we waited, which was not long at all. The two breakfast sandwiches were made to order and were awesome... the bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel was great, I have zero criticism.I saw they had chicharrons and I had to get some to try. As soon as I got home I had to sample those first, it came with lime wedges and a green sauce. WOW... those were FREAKING AWESOME, tender meat, crispy skin, even plain they were great but with the lime and sauce... insane.. I wanted to eat the whole half pound before we even dug into the sandwiches.So glad I finally got around to going there. I'll be sure to go back when I can.Seem like very good people trying to bring the NYC deli experience finally to the valley. 10/10 guys!“

“Went on a food adventure today. First stopped at Miss Boo at noon but they weren't setup and we didn't have time to wait so we hit up this little market place in WB (located by Ricci's pizza). I tried the empanadas (chicken & cheese, beef & cheese). Both were good but the chicken & cheese was preferred and they were $1.50 each.“

“Stopped by to order a sandwich to go. To my surprise, unless you're dining in, you don't receive the chips and pickle the menu promises! Not sure how that's deemed fair when I don't have the time to sit down and eat, and pay the same price as those who sit down.Other than that, the roast beef reuben was decent. Small for the price you pay, but tasty. The ambiance of the place is really nice, and seems like a great place to come to dine-in with friends or family.“
