“Napoli's NEVER disappoints. This is genuinely the best restaurant, and it's owned by the BEST family. Authentic Italian food, and you can tell. Always always always handcrafted perfectly. “Arcaros the next generation, the atmosphere is welcoming. It gives you the feel of a family-owned restaurant. The menu is impeccable. I ordered a homemade gnocchi and a side of tripe. The gnocchi tasted excellent they were so light . The sauces are old world for sure. I had vodka sauce, Red sauce, alfredo sauce. It was a sauce sampler with gnocchi. The Tripe tender, overall the service was fantastic. From the minute I walked in the door till the time I finished my dinner. In short it's a place you should try, you'll become a regular.“

“Worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude and cocky employees. order was incorrect I called and told them and they laughed at me saying no I think you just wanted something else and are complaining now. that's not our problem!" ... ? and even hung up without resolving anything or getting a name. I will never be going here again and will be advising others not to either. 0/10 would NOT recommend.“
