“Our server was just bizarre. Running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She was forgetting things and screwing things up. She would basically run away while we were still talking to her. This was 7pm on a Saturday. After forgetting my soup, I was eventually brought an incredibly messy bowl, as if the soup was literally thrown into the bowl. She would say she was going to get us refills and then come back without refills. She did package our leftovers which was nice of her and offer us more bread.“

“I never leave reviews, but I love their food here. Service is fast, food is great and reasonably priced. They always have utensils and sauce in the bag. Just had their small egg drop soup and an egg roll for lunch. The soup was excellent!! Came with the fried noodles. The vegetable egg roll was crispy and filling!!! It also had the sauce packets with it. I've been going here off and on since they opened and have never been disappointed. It's way better than fast food and it's consistently good. Actually, over the years it has gotten better!!!!!“

“Went for a late dinner after the Heidelberg October fest with my fiancé and 5 year old for the first time since the expansion. I had high expectations because we have had take out multiple times and have been pleased. We were not disappointed! We had a hot dog, Cuban sandwich, torts with salsa (AMAZING as always), tater tots and the soup special. Everything was great but the pumpkin/corn harvest chowder was phenomenal, the complexity and layers of flavors was out of this world. I am not easily impressed so I was blown away by our meal. Our server/bartender was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We will be back again soon!“

“I like Panera. Sure it's a tad expensive, but I do feel like it's better quality food than other "fast" food chains. Their value duets are pretty fairly priced I think. I absolutely love their tomato soup. Panera has the best tomato soup in the entire world. They also have a new bakery item--- coconut macaroons. They are excellent! I've only tried the original, not the chocolate, but I loved it. I ordered on the app and did rapid pick up in store. My order was ready in less than ten minutes. No issues.“

“Miss Lauren was our server!!!! (beautiful blonde woman) . She was amazing. She really, really reminds you of what good sevice means. The food was well cooked on time and all of the staff had a good attitude they had no problem being accommodating. I didn't notice a manager.When I asked for them it was to give a compliment.They said that they were in the kitchen they were gonna go get them, I said not to worry about it so I took the time to write this instead. I was well pleased to see that even without a heavy manager presence they handled themselves like God is watching. I'd be proud of my staff. “As someone who grew up outside of NYC, I am very particular about Chinese take out. No. 1 Chinese Kitchen in the Penn Hills neighborhood of Pittsburgh is a solid 9/10. Egg rolls were crispy and delicious. The soups are outstanding (tried egg drop & hot and sour) and the dumplings are on par with an absolutely outstanding garlic dipping sauce. Entrees are very good, but I've only tried two - egg foo young and sesame chicken. Egg foo young is on par with NYC - will definitely get again!! Sesame chicken is a touch too sweet, but I prefer more savory over sweet dishes. Will definitely get take out from them again!!“

“Honestly, I don't know how I ended up here but it was delish and the people were very nice. It's a small place and we made a reservation about an hour before showing up. I am a pretty routine kind of girl and I got the Kung Pao Shrimp and it was spicy! I don't believe in too spicy so I appreciated it.
Every bite was delish. The portion size was large and could probably feed another me. I have no idea what my boyfriend ordered but he ordered an entire fish and it came with a glove, Their crab rangons might be the best that I've had in the city. I can't wait

“Well was going to eat in but dining room closed due to staff shortage - well that's what sign said. Ordered to go sweet n sour chicken, extra sauce and included white rice. Didn't understand what silverware was, maybe my mistake for not saying utensils. Said 10 - 15 minutes. I think it was 5. Super hot chicken. Sauce was good. But rice tasted like it was made days ago and reheated. But it was just white rice.“
