“I was staying in Plymouth meeting for a few months from dallas for work and this place quickly became a home away from home. Was right after the eagles won the Superbowl and nobody gave me a hard time when I wore my cowboys gear in! Good friendly people. Reminded me of my little hometown bar back in Dallas. Great food too!“

“It’s a small American bar with decent food option.
Chicken wings were average but fish was better. Had double shot of Old fashioned and it was good. Presentation of drink was simple . Server was very welcoming . Had good time and would recommend it if you want to hangout in an American Bar.“

“We were here early on NTE. We were quickly seated, as we had early 430 reservations (3 aadults, 2 small kids). We understood the place was starting to get busy, so we were ready to give our orders. Others around seemed to be waiting a bit. But the food came in 15 mins when our server said. We've been here a few times this year, and the food is surprisingly great every time! The pizza is soft and doughy; my wife loves the grilled chicken and my burger was not quite medium-well; it was very tasty, juice and had a slight char crunch on the edges... Half price days are great for gaming! We walk away with credits for next time each time. We all had a really nice time out (again)! We'll be back in a month or so.“

“We traveled from Colorado and stumbled upon this place. We definitely lucked out. The atmosphere, the drinks, the people all deserve 5 stars or more. The bar tenders were fun to talk to and we felt right at home. They have great drink recommendations and my husband and I enjoyed the hour we spent just talking and hearing stories. “Nice little spot, with nice energy. It can be a little tight inside, but given the shape of the building, it's to be expected. Though some people say the portions are small, I felt they were adequate and not dissimilar to say Bastia. I'm not a huge oyster person, but the recommendations were very good, especially paired with the zhug. Everyone we interacted with was lovely, but we were especially appreciative of Jordan, who gave us the majority of our recommendations.

“I just joined Five Iron Fishtown and I love it. The location is great and I love the vibes of the inside. The hours are perfect as I generally go to use the simulators before work in the morning and work on my swing or play a round. I’ve also had a few lessons with Senior Golf Pro Matt Davis and I can already tell my swing has gotten better. With the technology they have and following Matt’s direction I feel like I’ll be performing a lot better once I get on an actual course. Highly recommend.“

“When there are no events, a great place to decompress. Staff are friendly and take care of you. The burgers are banging, the beers are icy breezy and the frozen bacardis are a vacation at home. Stellar staff as always.“

“Me and my wife stopped by for the famous wings with house made sauce, It was super packed, only reason for giving a four star for service was because you had to go to the bar to get a menu and ask for service.

But with understanding they were very packed. The wings were very good and I would make a trip back for sure.“

The red lighting set the tone for our fun evening and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We actually had such a good time after the show ended we ran back across the street for one last wine and late night fries. When we came back we were greeted again by Jess who had poured our first glasses of wine and found us two seats. What a great girls night at this amazing spot that is cozy, and has great vibes.“

“Been there a few times now after discovering it a couple weeks ago and had a different bartender each time. Without fail, each bartender has been exceptionally welcoming and kind! Haven't gotten food but it does look good. Week nights seem to be quiet for a beer and very little wait on the pool tables. Went on a Friday and the place was buzzing, love to see it! Pool tables being $1.50/game is great compared to so many other places.

“We had brunch at StarBolt for Easter. Their brunch is a recent addition so it want crowded. Food was great. I had the breakfast platter which was very good, the bacon and the potatoes especially! My one son ordered the French toast which was delicious!! Our server was extremely attentive and interested in getting honest feedback!“

“Lovely little spot. It appears to be relatively new. Bright, open and clean. I’d call the decor Minimalistic. The irony of Our Town is that they are from Lancaster. It was quizzo night so they were crowded. The woman next to me at the bar ordered a sour beer. She kicked the keg. No sour beer from Jimmy. We had a nice chat. I think she just wanted to gloat that she got the last sour. I got a $6 citywide. I think I won. Nice little spot.“

“I been going to Mickey's for over 30 years. I took my Sean to the dentist across the street. So I wandered in and all the friends I made back in the day were there and remembered me. The bartender remembered the day my wife Patrice died, I held her in my arms til her last breath. Her will to live was so powerful that she pulled the whole oxygen tent into her mouth.When she finally let it out that was it.I told everyone that I was staying. Eventually people stated to leave but I wouldn't let go of my precious girlI couldn't accept it. Our Heather finally had to leaveI stayed and held her until she lost all her color and turned to ice. I realized she was gone. And I finally could stop cuddling her like she loved.I walked out of that hospital in a trance. I drove down to Mickey's and walked in but I couldn't talk. The guys knew something was wrong. They were giving me space . I got a vodka and went to the front door to just gaze at the sky. The bartender came over and asked if I was alright. Stood in the doorway with me.Almost instantly the sky opened up and the fiercest hail storm We ever seen just came outta nowhere and everyone was in awe, gaping at the intensity and I turned around and said Patrice just died and these are the tears of heaven ? ?They were stunned, they all loved her!!Anyone that knew her loved her. You could not help it. I was the luckiest man in the world ⚘️ and suddenly she was gone. Beem 15 years and I still grieve.I cry every time I have to talk about her.ICry when I think about her. So today in Mickey's I was overwhelmed with emotions when they welcomed me and remembered that Hailstorm . I cried uncontrollable. I am just trying to get this out my friends. Sometimes it helps“
