We had brunch at StarBolt for Easter. Their brunch is a recent addition so it want crowded. Food was great. I had the breakfast platter which was very good, the bacon and the potatoes especially! My one son ordered the French toast which was delicious!! Our server was extremely attentive and interested in getting honest feedback!
This is the coolest venue for small bands! And the food is SO good! We went to a show here that my brother-in-law's band was putting on and it was such a cool atmosphere! I never knew about Star Bolts and it was awesome to get a little history lesson and see the old infrastructure of the building! Event venue review: We selected Star|Bolt as our rehearsal dinner venue. Felicia was absolutely amazing and professional from the get go. She and the venue were accommodating, organized, and were happy to personalize our experience. Felicia helped us set up the decor, design our food and drink menu options that fit our budget and tastes. Lastly, the venue itself has an industrial yet modern aesthetic that fits the Fishtown vibe perfectly.

Star|Bolt offers an impressive culinary experience, with phenomenal food including tomahawk, oysters, trout, and lamb ribs. The lively atmosphere is perfect for large groups or events. The friendly and attentive staff provide great service. The space is amazing, with three different zones perfect for watching games or enjoying an intimate dinner. The cocktails are as good as any high-end cocktail bar, and the bartender Perkins makes well-crafted drinks.
It is a great looking bar/restaurant with ample space to entertain. The staff is great and provides great service. The oysters are shucked perfectly and the trout was perfectly cooked. The buffalo cauliflower and wedge salad are tasty. The wine and vibes are great.
