“We have loved every meal at Stave & Stable! We've visited for three different occasions in the past month alone and I have to tell you that their cuisine and service are impeccable! Whether you're attending one of their special events (Blues, Brews, & BBQ, Tapas Night, Mother's Day Brunch, Pasta Night, and more) or seeking a unique fine dining atmosphere, you will NOT be disappointed! The food is prepared to perfection alongside hand-crafted cocktails that are some of the best we've ever tasted! We've tried everything from their special Mother's Day Brunch menu to BBQ to the elk and steak signature dishes. I recently sent my parents there in celebration of their 50th anniversary. They raved about the mouth-watering She-Crab bisque, halibut entree, and rack of lamb (my dad's favorite). The cook on the protein is always spot-on and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch! Do yourself a favor and reserve a table for your next meal out! You'll be so glad you did! “Food very good. My daughters steak over cooked. Manager stopped at our table to ask how everyone's food was and immediately noticed steak was overcooked. They had a new steak at our table within 10 minutes. We have been to his location several times and food has always been excellent. If its not right they will make it right. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a great tasting steak and sides. Service great for how crowded the restaurant was.“

“we have ate at pretty much the most BBQ in Gatlinburg, Sevier county, not to mention traveling across the country and I have to say these ribs are phenomenal, it's almost impossible to find anything that I would consider great and memorable,I mentioned Preacher's bbg and the owner had nothing but good things to say , he went in the trailer and gave me a sample rib , I took a bite and I swear I saw my father that past years ago ,they that good, one of those flavors you'll remember for years to come . excellent job Hillbilly bbg.“

“May 18, 2024 eight of us decided to travel to Texas roadhouse about a 45 minute drive .We arrived to a rather full parking lot, thankfully, we called ahead and made reservations. We had about an extra 10 minute wait when we arrived, which was fantastic. The place was very busy. We expected slow service. However we were all surprised of how quickly the food came out. upon eating, The manager came to our table to see how everything was . we said it was great Upon then, we learned that our waiter Tyler!! it was his first time serving a large party of eight he did a phenomenal job!! Kudos to him! He was very tentative to detail!!“
