It’s refreshing to see an authentic Spanish place in such a small area and so close to my location. Also, they prepare fresh juices such as watermelon juice, cantaloupe juice, horchata, and more!“

“I am closing in on 40 and have been coming to this restaurant since I was a small child, some of my earliest memories are family dinners at Da Chen. The staff here are amazing— kind, attentive, helpful, and generous. Their house made duck sauce and crispy fried wonton chips ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do not sleep on them if you only ever order take-out! You receive the crispy wonton chips with any soup order, but you have to ask for their homemade duck sauce on the side (costs like 25¢ iirc)!!! My favorite foods from here are: wonton soup, their complimentary jasmine tea, shrimp toast, beef & broccoli, sweet & sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, and the bao bao platter (it’s such a fun treat eating this for dine-in). You will always receive the same quality service and food here, and somehow over the years it’s even gotten better! Da Chen is child-friendly and has high chairs available to use, and is wheelchair-accessible straight from the ample free parking lot and into the restaurant. Da Chen accepts cash, debit or credit. The sandwich was $9, this was just they second time I went since they opened / reopend. The place is very clean and the staff was amazingly friendly. We decided on the menu and then we were guests at our own dinner. It is full service. The ambience was good and our guests enjoyed both the food and their awesome selection of cocktails. “My family and I (5 of us) were visiting Philly this weekend and were looking for a nice brunch place. Continental Midtown was perfect. The food was amazing. I had the Chilaquiles. The flavor was pure yum. I ate every morsel on my plate. My wife loved her Eggs Benedict with Salmon. The eggs and sauce were perfectly cooked. The service was perfect. Our server, Sela, was so hospitable and sweet. She took our order and the food came out quickly as if it just came off the grill. Will certainly return the next time we are in Philly. Wish I took some photos of our food but we devoured it in no time.
