Italian Restaurants in Punxsutawney

“The deserts are where this restruant shines. I've never had a pie like the one I had here. I had there spaghetti and there pizza. Both were pretty good but I felt the sauce in the spaghetti was lacking in flavor. The atmosphere is pretty nice. Not too loud, not too quiet. The staff are all very friendly. It took a little while to get my food but granted there were quite a bit of people in there so I'm not gonna complain too much. Overall 4/5 stars.“

“My wife and I just moved to Nu Mine from Chambersburg PA on New Year’s Eve and New Years Day, with us being focused on unpacking and getting a uhaul back on time we didn’t think about pork and sauerkraut until after 5. I called Mary’s place at sometime around 6:30 pm not giving them any forewarning. To make a long story a bit shorter they went out of their way, and above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I with a traditional New Years dinner so we could start our year out on a lucky note. I can not say enough good things about Mary’s place Catering and Events. Awesome people, awesome service, awesome food!!!!! Thank you so much, we will be sure to use your services in the future. “The spaghetti wasnt even freshly cooked. I watch as the cook take it out of a container with the sauce on it. THEN microwave it yeah. it was dry. the chicken on the Parm was freshly deep fried. So it was hot.“
