Dunkin' Donuts in Reading

“I had been to this dunkin' donuts before and had excellent service. This time it was okay not as pleasant as my last experience. The donuts were not super fresh but good. Service was on the slow side and didn't really speak much or smile. Atmosphere I don't believe you can sit in this dunkin' donuts, It's just grab and go.“

“This Dunkin Donuts, located along the very busy, Route 61, is brand new. It just opened in January 2021. While there is a center turning lane that you may use if you are traveling north on Route 61, it may be easier to access the driveway from the south. The parking lot comes up fast. So, use caution. An overflow parking area is available. Everything is running very well. The menu is what you would expect to see for this business establishment. As a courtesy to the staff, I wore my mask (Covid-19 era) when I went through the drive-thru. All went, as expected.“

“This was a good experience at Dunkin. The breakfast shift
crew made up of young people. The supervisor was a good leader. She wasn't that much older than her crew. I observed her interactions with the crew. She was helpful to them in a pleasant manner.
They seemed to work well as a team which made it a nice experience for me, as the customer. That has not always been my experience at dunkin, with young people behind the counter.

Refresher spritz drink was delicious and the sour dough toasted breakfast sandwich (eggs, cheese, bacon) was pleasantly fresh.“

“Mary, the kind woman at the window, ALWAYS has such a nice smile EVERY TIME I pull up. She’s ALWAYS so enthusiastic, nice, and achieves all of the goals as a Dunkin’ worker. Mary is the reason I always have such a great experience at Dunkin’. She deserves a large raise. Thank you.“

“First off, I want to apologize to the lady that made my coffee even though you did a great job and mean well it's just me that is SUPER STRANGE. About how I want and the amount that's in the cup other than that, the 2 women that I encountered there are very precise, friendly, and quick with the highest level of service. Good going lady's“

“We were served today by Tony and he was very friendly and made our drinks and sandwiches which were very good. We got the refresher drinks guava and mango pineapple and Black Pepper Bacon sandwiches which were hot and cooked to perfection. Thank you for your great customer service. On a separate day most recently my daughter and I came to get a Caramel Craze Sig. Latte with oatmilk and an Iced Matcha Latte which were made by Mario. They were very delicious. We also got sandwiches which the egg, bacon and cheese were all hot and not burnt and cooked to perfection yet again on bagels this time. His great customer service and friendliness is what will make customers continue to come back for a great experience. His smile is welcoming as well. Thank you!!!“

“I'm fairly new around here and I usually get my regular coffee in New Jersey and I was afraid it wouldn't taste the same but when I got there those crew members were very sweet and welcoming and guess what !!! They got my order accurate and even better! 10/10“

“Today 6/30/2024 between 12:30pm and 1:15pm I went to Dunkin and ordered 2 drinks. I order the same 2 drinks every time I go there and they are usually good but today whoever prepared my drinks knocked it out of the park!! My drink had me smacking my lips. I don’t know if there is a way to look up my order to see who made it, but they did an amazing job!!“
