My boyfriend ordered the State Hill Loaded Bloody Mary and boy was it loaded… totally worth it! I went with the BOGO mimosa deal, and for the price, you seriously cannot beat it. For food, we highly recommend the Shrimp Eggs Benedict and the Wagyu Meatloaf Bowl. Both were delicious and so satisfying. Overall, great drinks, great food, and great service. “We cannot speak highly enough about Stokesay, their entire team, and, most importantly, Hannah Kufro, our Wedding Coordinator that we worked with! My wife and I signed our venue contract one-year to the date ahead of our big day, with a different coordinator, one who ultimately ended up transitioning to a different organization just a week before our tasting was scheduled. For a couple planning a wedding, especially so close to their big day, this would normally have been an incredibly stressful change to hear about, however, we were expeditiously contacted by Hannah and met her days later at our tasting – immediately after meeting her we knew we were in great hands, and we both agree that our initial impression was spot on. Hannah’s attention to detail, flexibility, and knowledge have continued to impress ourselves, our parents, and our guests who experienced a phenomenal wedding just this past weekend. She not only hit the ground running with our event, but confirmed several details and was able to work with us to ensure our wedding day was as perfect as possible. While I have personally sent messages to several friends I know who are engaged and looking for venues, I wanted to share this note here for those couples looking for venues – Stokesay should 100% be on your list; the charm, history, venue, and staff will all make your big day as perfect as you could ever dream of – if anything, just go check it out – once you see this in person you’ll see exactly what we are talking about. “What a great gem. I am staying at the DoubleTree Hotel and wandered into this Vietnamese restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is warm and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed meal. I highly recommend saving room for dessert as well, they are truly worth it. I would definitely come back.“

“The service was perfect. The food was delicious. Fresh bread softened butter. I had scallops wrapped in bacon with a fabulous horseradish sauce. Mango salad. I had crab cakes, roasted red potatoes and coleslaw. I brought a delicious cake home with butter rum sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

I’ve hosted 2 events here and both had everyone leaving smiling and enjoying their time. Food was quick to come out our server is always attentive checking in. This was my first event people left letting me know they loved the venue and collaboration.“

“The food is delicious. My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time tonight and we will be returning. We ordered lo mein, spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. Everything was hot and fresh. They are open late at night which is good.“

I tried one on a rough day, just grabbed it out of curiosity—and it stopped me in my tracks. The first thing I noticed? It smells like a real homemade cookie the second you open the wrapper. None of that weird fake vanilla scent or plastic-y aftertaste like most packaged snacks. Just rich, buttery goodness and that perfect hint of caramel. I looked it up afterward and wasn’t surprised to see it’s made with real ingredients—like all-butter, cage-free eggs, and zero junky additives. You can seriously taste the difference. It’s soft, just the right amount of salty-sweet, and doesn’t feel like it came off a factory line. Honestly, this cookie brought me a weird little moment of peace when I needed it. Like opening up a small bit of home, even when you’re far from anything familiar. If you’re looking for something comforting, real, and actually worth the calories—this is it.“

“This is our go to Chinese spot. Their drive through window makes it easy to pick up especially when you have kids. They are a little expensive compared to the other Chinese restaurants but their food has flavor which makes it worth it! They do not deliver though that’s a down side.

“Danielle was our courteous server and made sure our visit went well. The facility is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had the Italian sausage and flounder entrees and both were plentiful portions and came with hefty sides. The sausage was spicy and the Caesar salad was a meal of its own. Only one bathroom exists for both genders so you may have a wait. Figure $30 per person.“

After reading on here about recent service experiences, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm happy to report that the problematic bartender is no longer here and everyone I encountered was nice, chatty, and helpful. “I found this place while looking for a place to eat Chinese food and let me tell you this place did not disappoint me. Food was great. Service was fast, friendly and respectful. The shrimp fried rice with boneless ribs was amazing. This is the first time that I get tender boneless ribs, usually they are hard and difficult to chew at other restaurants. Here I don't have that issue they are tender and this is why I always go here. The other thing that I've order from here is the shrimp with Broccoli and shrimp fried rice. Also amazing, big shrimps and delicious. The chicken wings are delicious as well. I also like their sesame chicken, the only thing is that you have to ask them to add bean sprouts. But other than that everything is great. Fast service. The prices are fair. Usually when I go I find a parking spot. Dining area was clean. I will continue eating here cause I like this place.“
