“We were determined to find some authentic local food on our drive from Buffalo to Washington, DC. Glad we stopped here. Although it feels more like a bar than a restaurant, we were pretty happy overall with the food and service. Everyone was friendly and the burgers were good. There were a few locals from town having a drink at the bar. Not much else to do in this sleepy town, so we headed back to the car for the long drive home.“

“We always stop for lunch on way to casino. We always a get hot roast beef sandwich with mash potatoes. The beef is super tender and tasty and piled an inch high on thick bread. No fat or gristle either. Mash potatoes are twice as much at other places too. Covered in dark rich brown gravy. Absolutely delicious. The apple fritters from bakery are 5 stars too. We love this place. Service is always good.“

“My husband and I enjoyed a delightful dinner tonight. I had the steak and shrimp with a beautiful Caesar salad, warm dinner rolls with dipping oil. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs with a Caesar salad. Server Brianna was very friendly and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this nostalgic dining experience.“

“I, a long-time southerner, tried to drive from Bradford to VA on a very snowy day in my little Honda Civic. To no one's surprise but my own, I had to stop and eventually the road closed! Luckily, I found the warm bar of Summit Lodge and Grill. I booked a room for the night and got some food from the bar to go and huddled on the bed and had a mini vacation. The sandwich as great (and I heard the brisket is amazing!) and the room was so large, warm, and had a great shower! And unexpected treat on a really stressful day.“

“First time here yesterday evening and we were very happy that we were told about the Damn Inn.Got the Jalapeño bacon burger and Steak hoagie. The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was very comfy as well.The waitress was awesome and did an awesome job.I would highly recommend stopping by here. We will absolutely return when back near that area.“
