Customer service is excellent, if ever a hiccup they resolved the issue.

We always order the big daddy for the kids, a deluxe, wings, and potato wedges. It’s all delicious. The crust has never been soggy. Can’t say enough good things about them“

“I just wanted to leave a review for the amazingly kind service we received from the food truck that was in Downtown Altoona today. My son ordered a soft pretzel. Before he could eat any of it, a gust of wind blew the plate from his hands and knocked the pretzel on the ground. My son was upset but we continued walking through the festival without saying anything to the workers. Well, they must have seen it happen and one of them walked through the festival to find us and give him a new pretzel. He was so happy to get a new one. It was such a kind and thoughtful and unexpected gesture. My son said the pretzel was delicious!“

“I stopped by just on a last minute thought and ordered a pepperoni pizza because the wife was out of town and I'm not much of a cook. My pizza was already ready. Now I wouldn't say it's the best pizza in town, but it was quick and just what I needed. Good job Little Caesars!!

“We ordered a large pizza and they forgot a topping. I called them and they let us keep the first pizza and made us a whole new pizza for free. They did it so fast too and they were so nice! Apologized a ton and thanked us for being so understanding. Both pizzas were also so good! This was our first experience with this Pizza Hut but that excellent service will definitely make us come again!“

“It was busy and we didn't have any reservation but they seated us at the bar, the bartender was impressive he knew everything and really friendly. We shared the Mozza Caprese and the Lasagna (day special), simply impressive the salad was simply heavenly the cheese was just perfect and the subtle cherry tomatoes perfected it, then the 7 layer lasagna comes by... over the top! My husband is a Lasagna lover and she said it was one of the best ones she has ever had. For the desert with had one with shaved coffee ice and coffee gelato just to put the cherry on top of the sundae... great meal! Two thumbs up!“

“Overall, a great Altoona bar for mixed drinks, shots and bar food - clean bar top and attentive bartenders. If you don’t smoke this is not the bar for you. There’s a bar, the next door over that’s owned by the same owners that’s a great non-smoking option (Zach’s). Regardless of which, if a PA team is playing they’re showing it on several television angles within the bar. There’s an ATM, cash only cigarette machine, and several lottery machines at your disposal.“

“We came in on 5/2/25. Our waitress Cassie was superb! She knew the menu and was knowledgeable on the craft draft beers. She was very attentive also. I included pictures of our food. The sampler was a build your own. We had wings, southwestern egg rolls, and quesadilla. We also ordered the PGH style cheese steak. Everything was delicious! The sampler could have been a bit warmer in temp. Thats why I didn't give 5 stars. 4.5 more like it. Lol, We will be back.“
