“I come to this Burger King about twice a week. I will say never have I experienced a staff so friendly every time. Kenny was the gentleman who took my order in the drive thru. He almost always does. He is BEYOND pleasant. Very polite! Always seems happy to be there, that really makes a world of difference for me and makes me want to come back more often to get my food from here. On top of that, the food is ALWAYS and I truly mean ALWAYS, perfect. Never had a bad batch of fries nor a bad burger. This BK restaurant is really awesome! 10/10 would recommend“

“I walked down from the Fairfield. It’s so close so why not try it out. Place has a local sports bar feel with a pizza shop attached for good measure. There were a couple of things I wanted to try. First was their fried dill pickle: just ok with too much breading but the dip sauce made up for it. House cut fries: these are tasty and go with beer perfectly. Little less salt next time please. The Seafood Flat bread was a finger licking delight. I was seated at the bar so service was top notch and my order came in a timely manner. Beer was cold!!!“

“I was Visiting from out of town. (Florida) this is a very fun local bar/restaurant with good food and good atmosphere. Karaoke night was a blast. Everyone was welcoming and nice even for an outsider like me. Thanks for the fun. I'll be back next time I'm visiting. 5 ☆s :)“

“I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! I haven’t heard manners like that for a while. I know everyone is busy and understaffed. This person took the time with my order and could not have been any nicer. Great job!!!! Thank you. BTW, our pizzas were perfect!!!“

“Driving through after a long trip we stopped here after 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. There were two gentlemen working a younger and an older and they were both extremely helpful and friendly. Tough to come across pleasant people like this nowadays All the staff members were great and our food was hot and fresh thank you very much“

“First time in a Dairy Queen in potentially in a decade. The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I know this is the complaint most everywhere but here specifically they're up charges for certain things I feel a little over the top.“

“The nuggets were very hard it seemed like they were sitting for a minute and they still serve them, also went through drive-thru and was not told they were out of soda drinks until after we went to the window which is kind of crazy cuz they should immediately tell you.“

“Management is absolutely amazing!! Would absolutely come back! They were so sweet, and I would recommend everybody to go to this one! If I caught their names I'd mention them, but hopefully anybody who stops in gets to meet them! I'm actively writing this in the restaurant right now because I was so blown away!“

“I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald’s near the 376 Center exit in Aliquippa. Bri, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—easily some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere.
I arrived late to pick up my mobile order, and Bri was incredibly courteous and understanding. Rather than handing me food that had gone cold, she personally made sure my order was remade fresh. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in making sure customers leave happy.
This location has the best service around, and Bri is a huge reason why. Thank you for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back!“

“Never seen a group of workers look so miserable. No customer service skills. Watching a lead touch food with bare hands after touching money. He treated the cashier like he was a complete bother because he needed change. Do better!! All we ordered was 3 ice teas and that took almost 15m.“

“Needed something familiar after taking a flight from Atlanta and this guy Clinton takes my order and even at the end of the day; he’s over here making me laugh with his jokes. Thank you Clinton. You’re a cool guy and you made my day better. The baked potato’s were mid but the experience was positive.“
