“Wanted to leave a review for catering for this place. Pre-ordered many trays of food for a future event and date/time of pickup went flawless. 10/10 happy with this place. If you want to host a large party and need trays of food, this is definitely the place to order from. Many people asked where did I order this from because they were impressed with the quantity and taste of the food. Not my primary place for chinese but had exactly what I needed for an event. Thank you guys! (Photos is for one tray of general tso, I would say this is enough for 8 people, sides are not inlcuded. I ordered a variety of 10 trays and very happy I went here.)“

“I tried the beef fried rice with shrimp and some extra sauce, and everything tasted amazing. The serving was more than enough and the flavors were spot on. The staff member who helped me was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better.“

“Good food, hot and ready, you get a good amount for how much you pay! Paid $14 for two people during lunch special and enjoyed it! At the time the place was warm inside and seemed to lack air conditioning, and the tables and chairs mismatched, but I’m not there to dine in, the food is what I’m there for. “Pretty average Chinese food however some of the best spring rolls I've eaten anywhere. They even have something called chicken balls. (Barnyard oysters?) I figured they would be kind of small but actually they are hush puppies. Looks like every other Chinese take away in the nation. There is half a dozen tables and standard unfriendly Chinese service. ?“

“So I'm a native of this area and I been away for the past ten years and moved back last year, ten months ago. And I'm going to start doing videos for YouTube on the best spots to eat in the area at the best prices. So hopefully the restaurants I review will think that's cool. If I had to pick number one best Chinese food around Pittsburgh, this is the place for sure. There is another location in the area not too far I eat at too and I'm a fan but this location is number one hands down. The Won Ton Soup and The Egg Drop Soup are the best soup I ever tasted in a Chinese restaurant. My son who is a Kindergartner loves the Sweet And Sour Chicken, the fried donuts, and the fried dumplings. My favorite entree is the Shrimp with Broccoli and best house fried rice ever. I get take out a lot but the restaurant is beautiful and great atmosphere for kids. And they give great deals, so China City my number one favorite Chinese in the area.“

“I'm surprised at the negative reviews this is absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant I've never had a problem I mean it's your typical Chinese joint portions are pretty decent I've never had a problem personally and its super close to home the only thing I don't like is that it's not offered on doordash they would get a lot more business for me if they were on doordash.“

“Traveling and decided on some Chinese food. Called our order in and when we arrived 10 minutes later it was ready. The women at the counter was very friendly and polite. We ordered the Dragon & Phoenix and having ordered this from other restaurant I can say it was probably one of the best, because the vegetables and seafood were fresh and it had a great flavor. We also ordered the house special Lo Mein and it too was really good. Had a great flavor and everything tasted fresh. Very reasonably priced. Only draw back to this location, very limited parking.“

“The food is always super good. I love hanging with the fishies when I pick up my food. It can be a little frustrating when ordering online as there are two online ordering systems and they can't always see both and get confused. The woman at the front is kind and easy to work with.“

“This happens to be one of those places that you want it to have like 2.5 stars because it's that good. I would not care if they failed a heath inspection. I definitely eat more lo mien than I should. The beef on the stick is on the thinner side. The chicken ones are way better bang for your buck. Honestly though you can't go wrong here.“
