“I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

“Thin crust pizza is delicious, nice crispy crust with good cheese and a nice thin and flavorful sauce. Pretzel sticks are great, they were a lighter pretzel covered in a garlic butter sauce. Tons of beer options, this place is so chill we sat there 2 hours just having a couple beers on a Sunday afternoon. Was great“

“Got the Detroit style pizza delivered and it was fantastic. Door dash driver actually took my food order and never delivered it. Luckily the restaurant has amazing customer service, called me to ask if i ever received my food, made me a fresh pizza and sent it out immediately. 5 star food- 5 star service from Matt.“

“What a hidden gem! This little Italian spot completely blew me away. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff treat you like family from the second you walk in.

The food is fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned (not greasy at all). The shrimp Alfredo was rich and creamy, with tender shrimp and pasta that tasted homemade. The pizza had that perfect crispy crust, and the garlic bread was the best one I have ever tried!

It’s not a huge place, but that’s what makes it so special. You feel like you’ve stumbled into a true neighborhood treasure. If you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food in a relaxed, friendly setting, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Shout out David for the ADA accomodation & hospitality - drove 1.5 hours to & fro for a free gig w/ bands we dig Sat. evening - $9 for a smash burger w/ fries was both good and filling, amazing deal. “I am from a very BIG Italian family where Sunday dinner was more like an event than a meal. When I moved to Lititz I struggled to find anything that even resembled REAL Italian food, until I walked into Piccolo Eatery. I was so excited to finally find food just like my Nonna and aunts used to make. Chef Nino is a phenomenal cook and an incredible person. When my husband and I are looking to have a special night, we always go to his Date Nights. The food is amazing and the stories Chef tells are priceless. The eggplant parm sandwich is my absolute favorite and I always recommend that to friends. When I’m homesick, all I have to do is stop by Piccolo for some “FOR REAL” Italian food just like my Nonna used to make. Piccolo Eatery is Lititz’s best kept secret.“

“Usually I like this place..yesterday not so much. I ordered a ham and cheese sub, it came on a hard roll..like a Peta pocket or something..and with provolone cheese, which I hate! And the service was terrible! After we waited for 10 minutes for a table to be wiped down..Our waitress stood in the corner sharing stuff off her phone with the other waitress almost the entire time we dined!“

“I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I booked the upstairs room for my wedding’s after-party. I was offered a few different booking options and all were extremely reasonable compared to some other event places in Lancaster city. Even though it’s not along the main row of bars on King Street, it’s a quick walk from the Mariott. Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also worked with Tony who knocked it out of the park. He provided a cooler full of beers and pizza for my guests for a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to have a bar in the upstairs area close to the back event room. So many of the guests talked about the after-party and how much they enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“
