“I was so impressed with the service at this location. I called ahead for pick up of a large order, from the initial phone call to the delivery of my order every single person was so pleasant, courteous and thorough. There was absolutely no way my experience here on this day was going to be anything but 5 star. Food was good too, but even more so the service could not have been better!“

“Stopped to get food for my husband the kids. I asked for 3 grilled cheese burritos, a Doritos taco and 3 large Baja Blasts with no ice. I'm not sure if I was charged for the larges (was not given my receipt) or not. When I got home the husband said the drinks were in fact mediums. I definitely wasn't going to make a big deal and run back down from Pottstown. It's just something that I will have to watch next time.“

“We’re visiting from Indiana and decided to stop at Bab’s Chicken in Audubon and wow, we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. I didn’t catch his name, but my whole family commented on how wonderful he was. You can really tell this place cares about their customers. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 👏“

“Sincerely its the best chicken that I have eaten out, my daughter who is 8 and autistic she said it was better chicken then KFC and the waffle fries where better then Chick fil A she loved it and she is definitely a picky eater and she ate it all, the wait was well worth it as they do the food in the moment nothing is reheated nor chicken that have been waiting to get pick out from hours ago every thing is freshly cooked, my daughter haven’t stop talking about how good is the chicken that she ate definitely will eat again when I am that way, 1 hour away from me but this chicken definitely is finger licking good 🙃“

“I go 20 minutes out of my way just to come to this Chick-fil-A every time. The one by my house is hit or miss with freshness and quality of food. This one never misses, every time I go no matter what time it is everything is hot and fresh. Thank you!“

“Was the great Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A overall is a great restaurant was there a chicken sandwiches and sides like mac and cheese and fries fun fact they're fries are actuality produced by Herr's chips but this specific location was a great one first of all they're one of the only ones that still offer the mints that are complementary with your purchase an overall the service was great at this location“

“As a mom of 3, we used to spend so much time there playing with friends in the play area. We truly miss it and hope they open it back up. It’s a shame that they still have it closed. We have to drive all the way to the Exeter location. Please consider opening it back up. We would probably be there three times a week letting our little ones play off some energy. Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“

“We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.“
