“Really great food. Something for everyone. They even have healthy salad options in their case - interesting ones with quinoa, sweet potato, etc, not boring ole lettuce.I also love their thinly sliced London broil - I typically don't even like London broil, but I tried it by accident one day and I thought it was phenomenal and I've had it a few times since then and it's always great. So tender and flavorful.I have passed by this place so many times in the past because I did not realize they had parking in the rear and also across the street. Now that I know that I've gone back pretty often.“

“My experience with Carmella’s was in Jim Thorp during the fall festival. I’m always a sucker for Italian desserts so when I saw Carmellas I had to try something. I got a linzer tart and cannoli. First off the cannoli was one of the best I’ve ever had. They were being filled there, and the flavor of the shell and filling was amazing. Linzer tart cookies are one of my favorites. Not only was this cookie the size of my entire hand it was delicious. The cookie was buttery and flaky and the jelly was the perfect flavor. I wish I lived closer to the actual restaurant because I’d be there every week. 10/10!“
