“My best friends bridal shower was held at this establishment. I just want to say what a STELLAR job the staff + chef did. It was such a beautiful day and absolutely stunning atmosphere. I am over abundant with joy to be able to share such a special moment with my friend and everyone who attended in such a stunning space. ALSO…. the food was DELISH!!!“

Upon arriving to this location for the first time I was instantly met with the doors being opened as my wife and I carried our little one inside with their carseat because we take Uber. I was offered a holder right out the jump for the carset which in my many times dining in at a Olive Garden I have not even heard of until today. We were quickly seated with the proper amount of utensils as well as menus for both the wife and I as well as a kids menu for our 3 yo. During our visit our server Cameron greed us with a warm smile. Didn't just do his job duties but went above and beyond. He as well as the kitchen crew got us our breadsticks as well as appetizers within 2-3 minutes of requesting them. Both sauces that was requested was prompty placed at our table. Cameron was at our table 2-3 minutes after being seated and offered to start us off with drinks. Luckly because the wife and I get the same meal when we go to Olive Garden we already had a broad idea of what we were going to order. Cameron took our order with absolute professionalism and personality. Was back at our table and offered refills on our drinks as well as endless breadsticks before we even requested them. I HIGHLY congradulate this server for being top notch. Personality was vivid, not bland. ALWAYS had a smile when coming over to our table to ask how our meal was, if we needed anything additonal. Quickly took unused plates or used but no longer being used plates away to clear off our table. Speaking of clearing off our table. When my family had finished our meal, we requested leftover trays to take home what was left, in which once again Cameron delivered trays fast! Provided up the famous mint chocolates and THANKED us for coming to eat at their establishment. HANDS DOWN the chef in the kitchen made the food amazingly! Food was hot, not cold. Food was FRESH not stale. The table was CLEAN no mess on it when seated, no food debris under the table or chairs. Plates as well as forks didn't have leftover food from prior customers. Bathrooms were not nasty, didn't stink. Trash was also very well maintained. After a stressful day, finishing it off with the Greentree Olive Garden was the perfect end to the day and an amazing last meal of the day. I'm not one to often leave positive reviews, however I felt that the service that Cameron had provided to us was ABOVE excellence! Would come back again to this specific location for the server and staff alone. Thank you Greentree Olive Garden for making our Saturday evening special! :)“

“Our first time ordering from here. Food was delicious!! Although, one of the orders was not correct. My wife ordered a Hunan beef meal, which was supposed to include fried rice and roti. Instead of receiving roti, she received an order of white rice…. which means she received two orders of rice!! She was not happy and we did not receive what we paid for.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Had the chicken salad sandwich with almonds had it on tomato basil bread. Could of had the white whole grain but was out of it. Would like for them to get the whole grain or a 7 grain bread. Anything white isn't healthy. 😥 Also had the broccoli soup 🍲 was delicious, my favorite 😋“
