“We had the most amazing drive thru window associate after a long day at Knoebels. At first, I noticed the inflection of his voice was refined like he was a professional radio host. I even considered if it was AI, but then I pulled around and saw him really there. So many times a drive through window you hear a monotone or disinterested voice, but this individual spoke as though he cared. At the window that continued as he offered crowns for my little children and truly seemed like he cared about my experience. Probably the best BK experience I’ve ever had!“

Just stopped by to get a cone yesterday, and the girl at the counter couldn't have been nicer. Cone was a good size for the money; ice cream could have been colder, it started melting pretty quickly, but it was tasty, and the cone was fresh and crisp.“

Everything was cooked perfectly and hot. From ordering to pulling out of the drive through lane was like 6 min. For this hour it was crazy fast. You guys made my 90 min drive home so much better with a hot meal.“
