“The pizza and roasted garlic cheesy bread sticks were delicious! The service was great as well. My only complaint would be that it was freezing in there. Many of the customers left their coats on, and another asked if the heat was turned on. Seemed like they only use the pizza ovens to warm the place.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The chicken parmigiana I ordered exceeded all expectations; each bite was a perfect balance of tender chicken, flavorful tomato sauce, and gooey melted cheese. It’s evident that the chef takes pride in their craft, as the dish was cooked to perfection. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.“
“♿ Accessible for manual and electric chairs. It's an older building but there is a ramp inside and there are tables. The food was delicious and worth venturing off the strip. I did a quick Google search as my son wanted pizza and saw JB's. They have plain and specialty pizza by the slice at lunch.I had the buffalo chicken ranch which I liked and then had a bite of my son's plain. Both were excellent. The prices too.The service was exceptional. They proactively caught a mistake on the bill and immediately fixed it. Thank you! And I would say this is a very family friendly place. There were many other children there too.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible. The parking lot can be a bit challenging if you have small casters but still easily manageable even with a toddler!“
“La Casa de Pizza is an old favorite of mine, going back to my freshman year in college. For twenty years I have counted on these folks for a consistently good roast beef grinder, a mushroom/meatball spaghetti and garlic bread! If they had an off day, I really can't remember it. It's a simple place with a simple menu. They serve the local folks more so than the college crowd in the store. That may be different in their delivery business. The prices have been very fair here, wait times are never too long, and they are open late. Add to that two clean bathrooms for patrons and you have a pretty great establishment.A couple of areas for improvement: the entrance is not accessible, stroller or wheelchairs would be hard/impossible to bring in. They have a high chair for kids, but there is only one and it wasn't available when I visited with the family. I don't think they get too many little ones, and the menu isn't catered for children either. This year marks 50 years in business for this family-owned establishment. When most of Market Street's businesses have been replaced, this one has stood the test of time.“
“Great place to have a special event. Super friendly staff and they accommodated our food allergies. Thank you for making my daughter's baby shower so memorable.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to gluten and dairy allergies. Food was wonderful.“
“Very clean with welcoming employees who always great you with awesome, friendly people working there. Love the subs, dinners and cheesesteaks. Most of all, we love the freshest baked breads for subs and dinners. Even I buy them to go. If you love Italian, this location is OIP is the best in area without driving for miles! Daily specials are always nice with great prices and a variety of choices. They have delivery and take out as well. Plenty of seating for dining for a large group of people.Parking: In plaza.Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere from young to older.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all one level with handicapped parking near entrance.“
“My order accidentally got delivered to the wrong hotel and Papa John's manager remade my order and had it sent right to me thank you for your great Christmas service Papa John's and thank you to the manager on duty tonight on Susquehanna trail you rock you're “
“We were in town for a wedding and bar hopped afterwards. Not only was this place closed when we showed up… They decided to welcome us in and whipped a pizza up for us. That alone makes pizza phi stand out. Now that we’ve eaten the pizza there is no doubt that there’s not a better choice in the area. Phenomenal pizza, with a staff that is second to none. Kudos and 5 stars to this establishment.“
“I normally get the cheesesteak in the garden from here but I decided to try the nachos and bruschetta. Bruschetta was AMAZING. Their bread is fresh and baked to perfection with the garlic butter and oil. Nachos I won't ever do again. Only thing I've EVER ordered from here that I didn't enjoy. There was a lot of toppings which was nice, but barely any nachos. I was out of nachos before I even used half of the toppings and I was LOADING my chips with toppings. I would suggest adding more chips or removing some of the topping.Other than that...great staff...great environment...pricing is fair for portion sizes...everything else I've ever had is amazing.“
“Haven't been to this Mod in a while but unfortunately the lack of staffing is apparent. The staff seemed to be moving slow despite the fact that we arrived when it wasn't busy. Overall the pizza was good but it took a long time and our pizzas weren't even done at the same time.“
“My favorite local pizza place. Service is always fast and the food is amazing! I'm pretty sure it's all brick oven pizza I could be wrong? But it tastes like brick oven every time and I love that. Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Plus they deliver to port trevorton!“
“Not only was this guy open on Christmas. The food was amazing. Wings were tender on the inside with just enough crunch, and you get a ton of them for 25$. Enough for 3-4 people. Blue cheese sauce went with it perfectly. Cheesesteak Stromboli is just as good. Bread was fully cooked and still fluffy. He didn't over burden it with peppers, didn't overflow it with cheese. All with good flavors n nothing overpowering. Would absolutely recommend this place.“
“I have been enjoying bertonis pizza for exactly 20 years now. There can be plenty of debate by pizza lovers as to what makes a pizza great, for me it is the dough and how well it is risen , when cooked does it get a crispy , fully cooked crust while maintaining a soft and chewy inside and can it absorb the grease released by the cheese and pepperoni ( only way to eat a pizza besides anchovy and pepperoni). The answer is bertonis has the best crust in as far of an area that I am aware of. In my house we fight over the crust. We unfriend anyone who says they don't eat crust. And a calzone, my wife and I start at the closed dough end for each and usually have middle with toppings left because the dough is that special. The owners are dedicated to their families and their business 1st and 2nd. And haven't deviated from that compass once since I have known them. Some reviewers ask for more hours of operation. I live close by and observe the work hours that Mark and family put in . It is darn near 24 hours a day starting day before they open each week through all open hours. Would the dough stay perfect in production if Father and son hired outside of family. Not very likely. I will take perfect crust when they can offer it / over maybe not always perfect but always available.,,, Forever please... And thank you be smart order early on the weekends there is a reason they are super busy don't expect them to do more to accommodate you. Do more to help them stay a diamond in the rough. Family owned small business with morals and good values and ethics.“
“Never heard of a doagie until we tried this place. They got us hooked on them. So delicious! Would recommend to everyone! However with that being said we unfortunately live in Middleburg so we don't get to eat there as often as we would like. So we have the place that opened in Middleburg and they offer only one kind of doagie, but we loved KND's so much we thought we give them a try, boy was that a mistake! Nothing compared to KND's. We will never make that mistake again! If we are wanting a doagie KND's is our go to place from now on, we will make the trip. Thanks KND for the great food, friendly service, and clean place!“
“First time there I ordered a garden cheese steak that was made to order. The rest rooms ate clean and the general Italian atmosphere just makes you feel very comfortable to stay. I've ordered take out from this one in Sunbury. The staff is always ready to greet you and serve the best prepared selections on their menu.“
“My first time here ☺️ what an experience, i ordered a Cosmoratti, what a Delicious sub my mom and I split a large. For your money it was worth every penny. It was loaded & amazing definitely will order again !! MOM SAYS NOW THATS A SUB. She & I ❤️??say Perfection. We will be back to try some more amazing food, thank you so much !! “I ate here last night for a holiday dinner and left my charger by mistake cause with all the people in our big party i left in a hurry long and short i called and they found it for me and set it aside it was a 65ish dollar charger block and cable so they really helped me out overall for quick service and good food i rate yas 11/10Parking: as someone with an older father i thought id mention the nice reserved parking spots near the door for disabled people and those who cant walk far smart planning on the restraunts part“
“Stopped in while traveling and didn't expect to be shocked but we were. The cheese tortellini and fettuccine alfredo with broccoli was amazing! The staff were awesome and outgoing. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Amatos...you won't be disappointed.“
“Being from PA originally and moving to Texas, we miss east coast pizza. Mt husband and I were visiting our daughter and took the day to shop in this cute little town. We saw pizza and had to stop. This place is amazing! The woman at the counter was super friendly, the location is convenient, the seating area was inviting, and the pizza!! Ohhhhh.....it's perfect! The crust was done to perfection and the toppings were just the right amount! If you can't tell, we loved it! And the price? You can't get good good for what we paid....less than $8 for the two of us.“
“Some of the best pizza in the region. I also particularly enjoy their Greek salad and I always add shrimp. $8 to add the shrimp but they give you about 10-12 large, delicious, freshly grilled shrimp. Dressing is house made and the salad is huge. Always happy with the pizza, and the menu goes beyond that offering pasta dishes, etc. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Definitely recommend it.“
“My first time here was beyond excellent: easily one of the top ten sauces I've ever had in my life. Second experience was the complete opposite. The pepper monkey got loose in the kitchen that night I'm hoping. I'll give them another shot though. The staff are all top notch and very friendly. Far above and beyond the other big "Italian" place at the other end of the strip even on its bad night. But please: someone find that monkey and kill it first, please?“
