“I guarantee you the majority of negativity brought on by very few customers is rare and a result of entitled individuals detached from reality. This store works really hard to create a welcoming and friendly experience as well as provide quality deliciousness Pizza Hut has stood the test of time for over the years above it's competitors. The call center has issues but that's not under the stores control. They will do their best to make everything right for you, and even their delivery drivers are a million times better than subcontracted doordashers that might decide to eat your food or who knows. Bottom line is simple, Nobody out Pizzas the Hut! ✌️“

“If you love yourself a traditional cheese pizza not greezy and cooked to perfection where the cheese is not sliding off the bread or the sauce is not over bearing this place is for you! Listen they make there pizza with love. The sauce is perfect the bread toasted tona light brown and the cheese is melted just enough for that perfect cheese pull and no greese I tell ya! To top it off they have a two slices of cheese pizza with a drink deal that just puts the cherry on top. “This place is amazing. Every time I come here the employees are always smiling and they are all SO polite it's unreal. The employees at Julie's are some of the nicest people I have ever met. And the food is terrific! This place serves real food, not stuff like what McDonalds sells and it's much cheaper than other fast food restaurants. Whoever the owner is, you've got a GOLDEN crew and you are all doing a great job!“

“I completed an online order today and when I got back to work it had bacon on it that normally comes on the side (yup, I’m that odd person that doesn’t eat bacon). I called and they offered to get me a new salad so I drove back over. I went inside and the guy who waited on me was very nice and got everything going to get me my new salad. It came out and I went on my way back to work. Got to work and it had fried chicken which I am allergic to the peanut oil. So I called again and apologized because I should have looked before leaving and they were so kind about it and even offered to make me another salad and had someone drop it off since I work so close by. I am thankful for their understanding and for them going out of the way to make sure I got my lunch. These employees who helped me today went way above and beyond what they needed to. THANK YOU!!!!“

Asked for a military discount, but the manager was busy with an interview, and the cashier was unable to figure out how to give a discount. Told him that was fine and thanked him for trying. Instead, he threw in two fountain drinks at no charge and turned the large Cajun frie we ordered into a colossal frie. Dinner for 4.“

“I had a roast beef sandwich and a fish sandwich. Both were good. The fish wasn't dried out, and it was tender, and the tarter sauce was really good. They have them 2 for $6 right now and the roast beef 4 for $10. I stop there on way to work often. The food is good and isn't overly expensive.“

“This is my go to fast food because it’s so close to work. What’s more important than delivering on brand expectations is how a location rectifies errors as they occur. I experienced phenomenal customer service today when I did not receive my sandwiches I ordered. Not only was Sam so helpful on the phone, but they prepared the correct order while I drove back on my break, and I was able to enjoy my lunch without a hitch. Great location, thank you!“

“Muhlenberg Arbys! Not all Arby’s locations are the same. Some are better then others, and my three favorite locations are located on 5th street in Muhlenberg, Shillington and Wyomissing. To maximize your savings, please download their app. I get weekly discounts and deals, and the food is delicious, my favorite fast-food restaurant chain. I just had an incident in Muhlenberg, and it was my fault. I did not pay attention, and I ordered from my cell, and I accidentally picked Shillington location instead of Muhlenberg on my app. I am really annoyed why they refer to both locations as Reading on the app to make it more confusing, when they are clearly not. I digress! So I went online, ordered and paid, but - when I realized the mistake, I could not cancel my order, because there is no cancel button! Also I could not call, because for whatever the reason, my cell was unable, therefore - it was definitely not my day. I immediately told the lady at the counter which I later found out was the Store Manager, and I told her of my problem during a very busy time. She listened and told me she would address asap after she took care of her customers waiting in drive thru. As promised, she kept her promise, contacted Shillington (TY for understanding) and canceled my order explaining what happened, and issued me credit. I could have gotten screwed, in so many different ways, but - the Muhlenberg Store Manager was fantastic in dealing with my negative situation, even though it was my fault. Because of her, I will continue my weekly patronage at the Muhlenberg store! Thank You for reading. Eddie“

“This is a "newer" place to our area and it has been great the handful of times we've had it. As a family of four, usually one of us gets a salad, and the rest get pizzas. We've only ever gotten ours to go. It's very open and clean inside. The pizzas have been good- the kids usually get plain cheese- we usually get more creative. I also appreciate that they've been great about doing community days- where a portion of the sales go back to the organization. Thank you!“

“We were here yesterday for lunch. My son has been collecting the current books that you get with the kids meals and was really hoping for a new one. We received one he already have. While we were eating. The Team leader I believe his name was Dave or David came over to offer us refills and ask if there was anything he could do for us. I asked him if they had any of the remaining books our son was missing (there were 2) from the collection. He went to the back and looked through all books and he found one of them! We were thrilled! Then 5 minutes later he came back and told us he found the last remaining book we were missing. My son was so happy when he found out we could complete the collection. Dave really went above and beyond our expectations and made our day. All of the food and service there was great. The children's play place was great and we will absolutely return.
