“After doing some serious research, I found it worth driving from Lancaster to try this place. It was so worth it. I got the sesame chicken as well as the pork fried rice and both are awesome!! The spring rolls were really good also. I haven't had truly good vegan Chinese food since Horizons and Kingdom of Vegetarians in Philly. This is right up there with those and I'd recommend the drive from Philly to anyone missing that quality of food. The people were so nice and it was very clean and inviting. Thank you so much. They are great to work with, they delivered the food quickly, and bent over backwards to help me correct a mistake that I made. I have eaten meals at some of the finest dining restaurants around the country. What makes this different? One it is caring from service to ownership. Second, they are culinary chef's and its shows in the taste as well the presentation. I ate vegetables that I usually leave on the side, because it was hard to leave food on the plate. We usually have leftovers, but honestly the portions we appropriate for the price. This is not kid's place. This is a great place for adults to enjoy a meal that is the Best in Berks County and probably beyond. I have been to 48 states, and we usually go where the recommendations are. “Although I believe this establishment is relatively new, it is adorned with COVID style plastic wrap from the 2020 era shielding the front counter. It is typical of every take away Chinese restaurant. It is, however, probably the best quality within a 25 mile radius. The beef with snow peas contain zucchini which isn't usual, the lo mein was wonderful & the General's chicken was crispy big chunks of chicken. The proteins and sauces exemplified fresh. Portions, especially combos, were larger and main dishes were priced about two dollars less. If you're looking for Chinese take away, this is the place that stands out above the rest.“

“We cannot speak highly enough about Stokesay, their entire team, and, most importantly, Hannah Kufro, our Wedding Coordinator that we worked with! My wife and I signed our venue contract one-year to the date ahead of our big day, with a different coordinator, one who ultimately ended up transitioning to a different organization just a week before our tasting was scheduled. For a couple planning a wedding, especially so close to their big day, this would normally have been an incredibly stressful change to hear about, however, we were expeditiously contacted by Hannah and met her days later at our tasting – immediately after meeting her we knew we were in great hands, and we both agree that our initial impression was spot on. Hannah’s attention to detail, flexibility, and knowledge have continued to impress ourselves, our parents, and our guests who experienced a phenomenal wedding just this past weekend. She not only hit the ground running with our event, but confirmed several details and was able to work with us to ensure our wedding day was as perfect as possible. While I have personally sent messages to several friends I know who are engaged and looking for venues, I wanted to share this note here for those couples looking for venues – Stokesay should 100% be on your list; the charm, history, venue, and staff will all make your big day as perfect as you could ever dream of – if anything, just go check it out – once you see this in person you’ll see exactly what we are talking about. We ended up here on a Saturday back in November for lunch and the food was fantastic!
Adding to my happiness was the slice of peanut butter pie I took home - wish I had tried it before I left because it’s amazing! (And I live about an hour away!)

Friendly staff! Generous portions and quality food — they use real eggs for all of their dishes (I personally watched them crack >100 eggs from my table. One reviewer was reporting they used powdered eggs which is simply not true). Only the best at Chatty’s!

“Great service, food was fresh and so good. Truc was as our server and she was so kind and provided us with the best service! Me and my man got 3 appetizers and shared an entree and spent about $60. We ordered the chicken dumplings (they were okay), we ordered the calamari (amazing MUST get), we also orde d the shrimp rolls wrapped in rice paper (very very healthy), and lastly for our entree we ordered the sweet and sour chicken (breaded version) with a side of fried rice. (Omg this was absolutely delicious!
