Even with some last minute changes, due to the terrible weather, the staff was accommodating, pleasant to work with and responsive. Awesome experience!!“

“My husband and I came for a late lunch for Valentine's Day. The menu was very small and limited, but the options were excellent. He had the filet, and I had the cashew crusted salmon. Both were really delicious! And the cocktail options are amazing! Difficult to choose. I think if they expanded their menu a bit, we would dine here more frequently. “Our first day moving to town, my boyfriend and I were walking the streets checking everything out when I saw this place and wanted to get dinner. That was truly what set my love for Rocco and Anna's in motion. It was the middle of the week in December, so there wasn't much going on anywhere, but they sat us down, were so incredibly polite and very proper (every one of the wait staff was dressed very nice) and the food and service was honestly incredible. As a Parkesburg resident for nearly half a year now, I feel incredibly honored to have the blessing on our town that is Rocco and Anna's. Every time we have friends over from all over the east coast, I make sure to get food for everyone here, so they can have an ending to a great day in none other than iconic Parkesburg fashion.

“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“Wanted to mention an experience we had with the Chili's in Wyomissing PA. We had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 very young children. Great staff, seated quickly, ordered quickly. Then a medical emergency happened in the back to a young woman which resulted in our food being dropped. Manager Dan came out and apologized and told us what happened. The night became less about food and more about the young woman being fine. She was checked out - ambulance called, etc. and got treatment. Our food was prepared again and we still had a great meal and finished our night. Then our server, Giavana, advised us the manager was comping some of our meal for the extra time. And then she had to adjust the bill since we needed it split. All taken care of and we paid, but made sure to give a little extra to Giavana for her service and then gave Dan some money to give to the woman with the medical emergency since she lost wages when she had the episode. The meal became more about people and not food and our meal and how quickly we were served and could go home. Bottom line, take care of the restaurants and employees that do everything they can to give you a great meal and experience, and especially when they go above and beyond when an issue happens out of their control, yet they take care of it and worry about your experience. Shout out again to Dan and Giavana and Chili's Wyomissing PA for our night. And best wishes to the young woman and her medical issue, that she recovers and gets back to work.“

“The Owner Michael Quinn should take a step back and put the bottle down when being in his own place of business. He says it is a kid friendly place, yet, a well behaved child on the dancefloor was outside of his liking during his night out drinking with the wife apparently. His delivery of telling me he doesn't want my child on the dancefloor, followed by lies was unacceptable. Its ashame because the staff there is Phenomenal. He would be better off allowing his manager Kate do the talking if he doesn't like something in his drunken pugnacious state.“
