“I wanted to share my past couple experiences with KFC/Taco Bell in Shippensburg PA. Lea (drive thru cashier) is exceptional. It's always a pleasure speaking with her. Wonderful customer service and you can tell her coworkers enjoy working with her. She brings life back into this business. Kelsey (cook) has been here for awhile, she is also wonderful, friendly and a hard worker. I truly hope this review gets to each of them and to their supervisor. These ladies work hard and love their job.“

“Really neat graffiti on the walls and ceiling. My daughter had the not hot which she thought was delicious wirh fries. I had literally hot which was just enough for me. Love the kale slaw and pickles. My husband hot the medium. He said was the right amount of heat. We would eat here again.“

“We drove up to Chambersburg on 04/21/24 to go to KFC because that is what my son wanted and the KFC's are terrible in Hagerstown and Waynesboro. We arrived around 8pm and the doors were locked even though the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. Saw Popeyes a few doors down and asked if they wanted to try it. The workers were absolutely the nicest people. It says something about not only them but the work environment. My family enjoyed everything from the sandwich. the fried chicken to the tenders. Oh, and the chicken pieces are a great size unlike KFC's dried up cornish hen pieces. Done with KFC, Popeyes is now on the top of the list.“
