Diffy’s is by far the best diner in the area. Their food is fantastic. I have been going there since I was a kid when they would bring your food to you on a tray and attached it to your car window. I always got their Big Jonah and that is what I still order.
We were traveling home from a wonderful vacation in central NY state and we really just wanted the Diner experience. The atmosphere here was nice. It seemed like a few of the customers were regulars and the service staff were friendly and efficient. The food however just wasn't tasty. I got the turkey dinner and the stuffing was stale and the meat seemed almost packaged and tasteless. The food was pretty good. I don't think of Diffys very often because we are not in Shippensburg that often. The service wasn't bad for the number of people eating there . We might eat at Diffys more if we were the area more often.
