“My husband and I were in Shippensburg for a show at the Luhr Center at Shippensburg University last night. We've stayed at this facility in the past so elected to stay here again. The facility is still beautiful and was so clean that it may have been recently updated. What we noticed (as we find everywhere since the pandemic) is the business is short staffed. However, the few people working were outstanding in wearing multiple hats. A manager helped to tend the bar at the Bistro, the desk person cleaned tables and helped to serve our dinner, the young lady behind the bar was cooking breakfast as well as serving and manning the cash register, and a manager was cleaning rooms in the morning. In addition, every person was exceptionally friendly. I want to commend this work force for their ability to work together and keep this business running efficiently. I can only hope that this review reaches upper management of Marriott and these people are commended for their effort. The only thing I would improve was that the water in the swimming pool was too cold. We enjoyed the hot-tub instead.“

“My grandson has to have their fries and are sloppy jealous with the beef gravy. The people are always pleasant. They treat everybody the same, very nice. I have never gone to a place where there's so many pleasant people and if my grandson goes out to eat. “The food was sooooooo good! And the price ?. IHOP and Denny's have NOTHING on Greyhound Family Restaurant. We got full meals and extra sides for under $20 each. It was easy eating here being gluten free The service was excellent too. Amazing!“

Asked about it and was told the menu was old and they were 9$ now and they can't offer 2 drink specials bc it's not legal, kind of odd. 9$ is the going rate, just don't advertise this if that's the case.“

“We love this place! The last time we went, My daughter and her friend had the belgium waffle, I had the meatloaf and my hubby had a burger and everything was so good! We have been here several times and have tried many menu items. Also, the cakes and pies are to die for! ? Delicious! The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is warm and cozy!“

“Kane's Korner Pizzeria is a gem with a welcoming, hometown atmosphere. The cheesesteak pizza was packed with flavor, and the California cheesesteak with fresh-cut fries was a perfect combo. The food was delicious, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely a spot we'll be returning to!“

“We were there on Saturday. The food was very good. I was going to order a salad and I asked for Thousand Island dressing and was told that they don't have that. I just can't imagine why a place like Longhorn don't have Thousand Island. So I didn't order the salad. Please think about putting Thousand Island back on the list of dressings. I would think Thousand Island would be a popular dressing.“

“My sister and I went there this evening, I thought the music was extremely loud mentioned it to the waitress when she took our drink order, she agreed the speaker was loud. I tried to find another table where the music wasn't as loud but it was the same. when she came back to get our order I mentioned it again, she then goes up to the other two waitresses and tells them I complained then she went into the back and turned the music off. we got our food I ordered Harvard beets for only one whole beet and the rest was like mashed up, my sister's were fine. before I order I asked her what the picture was on Facebook she said slippery pot pie I said it looked like soup she said it kinda of is. So I got mine it was thick not like the picture but by then I was so pissed because of her attitude with the radio I asked for to go box she then went up to tell the cook that I didn't even eat it. she brought two containers and the one was dirty inside. I've given this place several chances since the new owner and every time there's been a problem. I think only two times out of 30 years that I ever had a problem when Joanne owned it. I definitely will not be coming back!“

“Came here tonight to celebrate mine and my beautiful girlfriend’s 3rd year anniversary. It was absolutely incredible!!! I called in ahead of time to see if they could do something special for me, nothing specific, just special. Right when we got there we were treated by the friendliest woman (amazing smile!!). Then we had an amazing waiter help us out. He brought us multiple complimentary dishes that were absolutely delightful. From potato casserole to mango custard and crème brûlée. “I am embarrassed to admit that I had never been to Copper Kettle after living in the area and visiting the area numerous times since I was child. We had a large group of 9 and it could not have been more perfect. The only way to describe the food was amazing! Our waitress had the patience of a saint. It is so rude of me to not remember her name. And she very pleasantly took a photo of us as we rarely get everyone together. My husband and I will most definitely be back.“

The gentleman on the phone who took my order was very nice, repeated back my order to make sure nothing was missed and answered my questions when i didn’t know something. I wanted ranch dressing with the wings, and they gave each box a huge cup filled when most places give barely any ranch. I ordered 40 wings and they were ready within 15 minutes. Great customer service and even better food. 100% recommend.“

“I used to go everyday everyday and eat my dinner after work however they've changed their hours and they now close earlier than I get off the only recommendation I would make about this restaurant increase your hours till midnight so I can come home again and have my meals I miss you all I miss the friendships and I really really miss my pork chops think about it or maybe make me some with french fries and cottage cheese on the side and bring them to the hotel so I can eat I'm so hungry I love you all I miss you all and I pray everyday that the doors remain open you all are awesome“
