“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“Amazing little spot, conveniently located for shopping in cross keys plaza. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed, staff were cheerful and helpful. They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. They were kind and patient, treating us as a priority instead of a problem. The service was above and beyond.“

“I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

“Awesome place with great ice cream. Staff is kind and courteous. We asked if they had any pup cups, ice cream for dogs, and they didn't but they were able to facilitate our request with a small cup of peanut butter ice cream which we really appreciated. Will always recommend this place to people who are in the area. Open year-round and open late to so it's great after dinner.“

“I pretty much always go for the health freak combo. This includes a pancake, fruit, just egg and veggie omelette, and two sausage patties. The omelette is half a dinner plate size just like a non-vegan one would be. The sausage is always a bit dry but I like putting syrup on mine anyway so I don’t mind. Many things on the menu can be made vegan. Coffee portions are also massive- I go for an oat milk latte and it comes in a huge mug.“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! I had this complaint since 1985! Kandel, Fenine, had one & I complained to Daniella. But she said, "IT IS MY RULE. I ALLOW IT." Well then, I think those managers are STUPID for allowing noserings/face piercings! Sorry!!

I am right in a way! Nobody agrees with me though, except maybe some people.

I would suggest to tell ALL employees to remove piercings at work.

Dining in or takeout doesn't matter because the employees are efficient with each of their duties. All the food and more importantly the beverages are always done with perfection! “I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' The consistent pleasantness of both the shake & the service is worth pointing out. :)“

“Ordered online at that location and did drive thru as pickup. Ordered the original glazed donut & strawberry dragonfruit refresher. They didn’t have glazed unfortunately in the evening, however the staff were extremely kind Enough to get me both French cruller & sugar jelly flavored donut that’s not powdered. Loved both of them. Not something I was expecting and also it wasn’t charged for the extra donut. I could’ve paid for that extra donut. 5-star service for the night for the lady staff at drive thru :) Happy Holidays!!!“
