“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“My husband had an appointment in Doylestown, our first time here, I found this gem of a coffee shop. Delicious Coffee, tea, and croissant. The staff is so friendly and gave me some recommendations for lovely dinner places. What a lovely place to stop in.“

“Its a beautiful place. has a lovely vibe. be it a peaceful solitude you are seeking or a vibrant place for date or just brunch with friends. this place is what you are looking for. Food is good and coffee is decent however way overpriced for a small cup of coffee and flavors aren't as powerful to justify the price :) what I have discovered though, I love their matcha drinks!
Matcha lovers should definitely pay a visit 💙“

“Best coffee shop and coffee in Doylestown. It's definitely a daily "go to" with a great and friendly atmosphere and staff. .A real throwback to an Italian cafe. The pastries are always fresh and delivered daily as are the bagels, direct from Brooklyn. It can't get any better than that!“

“The Grind is always an amazing place for both food and coffee! The staff is always super friendly and quick. They communicate everything going on which is so helpful. The staff is always working so well together and treat everyone with such kindness. We love coming here for Sunday brunch or a quick lunch and coffee break! Always great food and coffee!“

“Stoped in cause I was getting my nails done 💅 and there was a grand opening sign so I stopped in… People were really nice used the selection computer. Food was freshly made in front of me with fresh ingredients. I got the spring rolls and a bowl….. sooo good and filling I could only eat two rolls. But nice outside and inside sitting. Stinks it’s so hot out. I think it was good and not super expensive and everyone just had a chill positive additude. Give it a try! Oh and the sauce comes in these lil sauce containers love it.“

“Charming and better than expected. They accommodated my dietary restrictions without batting an eye, the food was delicious and made with simple, high-quality ingredients. I had an oat milk cappuccino that made my day, the barista/server went out of her way to make it nice and added a little cinnamon on top (after asking first). “I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

Edit: I want to highlight the great customer service! I usually order a Cortado when I go to coffee shops and every time I come here the barista offers to make it for me although it’s not specifically on the menu. And every time, it is amazing, love it!!! The quality of the coffee is 10/10!!“

“Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.
1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.
2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.
3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.
I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“

“When coronavirus hit, this is one of the few places I really missed. The staff is great, they go the extra mile to make you welcome and do their best to make sure your order is correct. The Starbucks products and name brand is also bonus but good people make good companies!

“I went here this morning for the first time in a VERY long time. It’s my birthday, and all I wanted was one of their specialty lattes. It was me and my two toddlers. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The space is just as lovely as I remember, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the vibe was amazing. Oh - and the latte was better than I could imagined. If I could give one million stars I would. So pleased! Thank you!“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.“

“I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' The consistent pleasantness of both the shake & the service is worth pointing out. :)“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

“I usually will Uber Eats my Dunkin if im extra lazy (I try not to but we all have our vices) This morning I woke up sick so I placed my Uber order. They were out of my usual food order. Normally when this happens the restaurant just sends the order out and takes the missing item off. This dunkin sent me a ham and swiss rollup and a donut on them with a very kind note apologizing. It honestly made my whole day. I didn’t mind them not having the bites to begin with but them going the extra mile just made my day and I hope this inspires someone to go to this dunkin!“

“I don't know what anybody is thinking with their one-star reviews but the quality of the food here is 10 times better than your local Starbucks. The quality of the coffee is about on par. Most importantly though, is that it's about 30% cheaper than Starbucks.
The service is Self-Service until you pay and everyone has been really friendly every time I've been there.“
