“The employee Molly I noticed was very much pulling her weight when I came in to her handling a multhitude of customers by herself, you could see she was stressing a bit but she continued to put out sub after sub in great timing to keep the line moving without missing a single thing, anyway such a nice woman and a wonderful employee amazing multitasker and very generous she deserves much respect for how she handles pressure in the work environment.“

“I went through the drive-through today for a happy hour medium Dr Pepper. But the young man working was so incredibly nice! I originally ordered aCoke. He apologized and said they only had Pepsi products. The inflection in his tone and the sincerity of care was incredible! I didn’t get my receipt so I’m not sure his name. I would assume he was around 20. Dark hair. A left gold earring that was a hoop with a ball and dagger hanging from it. Shout out to him for brightening myday!“

“The night shift manager that always works here may be quiet and perhaps a little bit shy and introverted with very little verbal communication, but I would have to take note that he is always very kind and friendly to all customers from my own personal experience, and he always ensures that my order request will be customized correctly. I hope he can continue to make all customers smile just as he has brightened my own days. We need more people like him to run McDonald’s restaurants to ensure the greatest and most exceptional customer service.“
