“When Chipotle first opened at the old Wendy’s location, the service wasn’t great. It seems better now and the food is very good if it’s prepared right. Normally I order through Door Dash and haven’t had any issues lately. I can’t speak for the in restaurant service but one time I was there to pick up an order, the associates were not very friendly or helpful. They even forgot my chips and I had to go back and wait until someone noticed me to ask for the rest of my order. Compared to Moe’s, Chipotle has fresher food ingredients but the taste difference between burritos is hardly noticeable. Moes and Chipotles queso is significantly different and really comes down to preference. Moe’s queso has the consistency of Velveeta, whereas chipotle’s has more of the consistency of homemade cheese sauce. Moe’s has the advantage of reputation in the summit with better, more consistent service. “My only regret is that I cannot give it more stars!!!! Excellent food. You can tell the food is cooked with love and they take pride in their business. Excellent value as well - extremely generous portions. Even the way our takeout was packaged was extremely neat and well organized. Lots of extra sauces and utensils/napkins. Highly recommended!!! “Very good breakfast experience. Friendly & attentive staff . My picky eaters loved the pancakes with fruit & fresh squeezed orange juice. My omelette and home fries were delicious and the serving size was very generous. Their menu includes many different options including authentic Mexican cuisine. “Italos is my absolute favorite restaurant hands down. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The service is outstanding even with a packed restaurant. I was there today for my birthday and while they were packed to the brim, they still managed to provide excellent service and the food was absolutely incredible. They sang me Happy Birthday and let me wear the awesome Sombrero. I can’t recommend them enough!“

“The definition of a hidden gem. Small, family owned restaurant with cheap and phenomenal food. It's a quant little place, and despite how good it is, I've never seen more than a few of the 10 tables filled. The service is also incredibly fast and polite- I'm always surprised how quickly my food comes out. Never been disappointed by this place, and it's a must-try for anyone that likes Mexican food.“

“Excellent ambiance, warm greetings and great service (the young busboy has a great future ahead of him) from staff, wide ranging menu, fabulous food cooked and delivered promptly to our table. Chicken Mole Poblano for me and Carne Asada for my wife. Both perfectly cooked, hot temperature wise, seasoned to perfection with ample portions for the both of us. I hadn't had my dish in many years and was blown away with the marvelous intensity of it all, as was my wife with her dish. We were passing through town on our way to somewhere else and my wife happened to discover Hacienda Volcan while we were trying to decide upon what to eat for the evening. What a great and fortuitous discovery and the only downside to Hacienda Volcan is that it's so far away from our home in Connecticut. There's simply nothing to compare to this establishment in our home area. Thanks for a great evening and meal.“

“I was feeling sick and I asked if they can make a soup for me and they was very kind and made it for me with love and dedication. The chicken soup was delicious served with a rice side and tostones (fried plantains).I am very grateful and I really enjoyed it!“

“Stopped by this small restaurant in Scranton for a snack. The lady made me some chicken empanadas and they were delicious. They have lots of other items on the menu. I haven't tried the rest of the food on the menu but enjoyed the empanadas. Service was excellent. You can watch some soccer while you eat your food.“

“Authentic Mexican food at its core. There are two sides to this place, grocery and diner experience. First of, the selection for my favorite Mexican delights are usually stocked here including my new born passion for blue corn tortillas which I find have a greater nutrition quality than the norm. On to the diner/take out experience. I ordered take out once while one of my besties came to visit. The food was great. However, I’m more of a dine in person. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The staff here is always courteous and helpful. Cristian, Alma, and everyone else invite you into their family. The food is hot which I personally love and more importantly it is right down knock the socks of your feet ? delicious ? ? I got ribs in green sauce with a side of rice and beans, corn tortillas.
