great small owned restaurant with some of the best chicken pot pie an great service an friendly people also some of nicest soft serve . great prices all around makes me happy to live in the small town I do for the hidden gems such as the dairy bar♡
I go mostly for breakfast. For some reason the omelets and scrambled eggs are not presented fluffy, instead they are wafer thin and lay flat on the plate. They get lost on the plate if you order home fries. That is my only complaint. Pancakes are wonderful plate sized,thick and fluffy served hot off the griddle. Truly the star breakfast item. I stopped for a small dish of ice cream with cookie dough. The ice cream wasnt as good as I remembered. Ice cream was not as solid and creamy and was more on the watery side and the dough balls were stale tasting. I was very surprised as their ice cream is what always had us coming there.
