“We were there for dinner earlier tonight. It was our 1st time for some of us. Our kids have previously eaten at your establishment. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff made you feel like you were at home with their hospitality.“

“Superb food in a comfortable, upscale setting. I would make this one of my restaurants of choice for business meetings. I ordered the grouper and a Caesar salad. The fish was perfectly baked and seasoned, flaky and moist. The waiter brought my party a whole carafe of lemon water. Our seats by the window ensured our conversation wasn't overwhelmed by other restaurant patrons. No complaints. I'm looking forward to sampling some of their other dishes.“

“During Lent Season, we frequent Big Mike's Crabhouse on a Friday, typically late afternoon. We try to beat the crowd, as this restaurant is not that big, but the seafood is absolutely delicious! Service is always excellent!!!! Big Mike's is a very relaxed atmosphere! They are a BYOB, so you can bring your favorite adult beverages if you choose to do so!!! If you choose to have an entree, but do not wish to have the sides, they will adjust the price! I love their cod fish (2 pieces), but don't always want the French fries, etc., they will serve you just the fish and adjust your bill accordingly. The pound of shrimp is always cooked to perfection, we have our shrimp served with melted butter and cocktail sauce, so delicious!!! If you're in Hanover and love seafood, stop by!!!!“

“First time here and we will definitely be back!! This place was suggested by a lovely lady at the Yesteryear Antique Center. We are from Maryland and know where THE Best crabcakes are from so we had to try Dutch Country's Crab Cake since the menu says --You have never had any like theirs! And YES, my hubby and I agree--They were fantastic!! The menu is very big, even the pickiest eater will find something they want!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on 1 side of the doors.“

“One of the better Mexican restaurants in York! Very nice ambience and the servers are very kind and personable. There are so many options on the menu! Portions are big enough you won't go hungry. I think mostly everything comes with a side of rice and beans, both very good and flavorful. We got empanadas as an appetizer - They were SO good! I definitely recommend the beef and cheese empanadas! My boyfriend got the Texan Chimichanga and I got the Baja Fish Tacos. Both were delicious! We'll be back!“

“We had a delicious lunch from this market stand today! As we walked by we were drawn to the scent of old bay where we discovered photos of fantastic meal options. I had the best crab pretzel and my husband enjoyed the playfully named, Philly's Got Crabs sandwich. Will definitely be back to try more!“

Cheeseteak was dry, salmon burger had nothing extra on it at all, no condiments, lettuce tomatoes etc. didn't expect a flat patty the other restaurants we order from are all a true salmon steak. Fries had no salt at all, greens were good, yams were okay, the catfish I loved. Kinda blah for us but I do want to try it again and order something different.“

“This place is so good . My husband got a seafood combo with crablegs mussels shrimp potatos and corn . He has not said a word since the tray was put on the table . Delicious . I got fish and chips and when i mean the best i ever had .. the service was fantastic. They greeted us with a smile and were so nice . Our new favorite spot .“

“The best Chinese food in Hanover. When I moved here last year I made a point of trying every Chinese restaurant in town and this is easily my favorite. My entire family agrees. The staff is super friendly too and they gave us a free calendar at the end of the year. This has become our regular go-to place.“

“The two missing stars car because number one I thought the place was kind of noisy and B I always ask the waiter well how are you doing and he proceeded to tell us this long story about a car wreck he was in the day before.Overall it was a good experience, good food, decent price.Parking: There is a good amount of parking, what is kind of tight.But what are you going to do? “We had them cater our wedding. The food was delicious, service was amazing (such friendly people), there was plenty of food for all our guests plus more, our guests even said how good the food was! We got the pulled pork, beef, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and a salad. The price was even in our budget!! I highly recommend them!!!“

Coming from south of the Mason-Dixon line in my thirties it was the one thing that I missed Old Bay blue crabs from the Eastern Shore. Now living here and being adopted as a Pennsylvania and almost 28 years agoI found a few decent seafood places. However, I don't think any compare and have as good a taste as Crab Shack! Plus they were my first Saving Grace for crabs. As well been making them taste great for the last 25 years! this is a family-run business and both wife Lori who runs the snowball end of the business and her husband the crabs are wonderful hard-working people and always a pleasure to deal with. over the last 10 yearsif you were a regular customer you even seen the son and daughter putting time in helping their parents at the business. They always seem to find great young peopleto maintain the business in the evenings at the snowball stand. Always busy kicking out snowballs, cones, an ice cream sundaes to customers lined across the parking lot quickly,courteously, while always wearing a smile and being friendly. The staff or usually alwayswonderful promising young peoplethat are primed to be the potential of our communityand is wonderful as the small business owners who employed in here! kudos to a wonderful establishment. “We had a great experience when we stopped here for the first time this weekend. Everyone was very nice to us and spoke to us like we were old friends. They have a lot of options, including desserts. I tried the Beck's ice cream for the first time and it was great!“

“We wanted to try a new place for breakfast and we selected the 81 Diner. It's been remodeled and under new ownership. I felt justified to leave 4-Stars but I'm leaving 5-Stars and the reason is that some slight changes could eventually be made. New Owners are working hard to establish and build up business. First, the inside is very nicely decorated and extremely clean Parking is perfect with plenty of spaces The dining staff were working fast and efficient, younger folks with very friendly and positive attitudes. Overall the Staff was Outstanding ! We only seen the Breakfast Menu, it was well planned and very easy to look over and make your selections. I was a little taken back at the cost of the Steak & Eggs, the Country Fried Steak and Ham Steak, both with Eggs as well, compared to other diners, it seems a little costly. The food arrived freshly cooked and hot, which is nice and we ordered the sliced fried potatoes, these need to be improved, no flavor, adding just a pinch of seasoning would take this many steps up. I had the Pancakes, Eggs and Sausage which were standard breakfast food. Deb had the French Toast, Eggs and Bacon, same standard breakfast food. This indeed is a nice little diner, I would bet they will continue improving as each day goes by. We will give them a try for lunch one day“

“Good casual late night food. The chicken was cooked well. I didn't care for their ranch, but the mambo sauce is really good! Friendly employees and nice customers. Took my food and drinks to go, can't comment on service but there are tables to dine in.“

“Our food was delicious! I ate everything, and I got the Ultimate feast and added an extra lobster tail and grilled scallops. I always choose the Hanover location as the York location isn't as nice. My server sucked this time, but maybe he was having an off day. It took about 20 minutes for him to appear so I could ask for the bill. He forgot my appetizer. Oh, well. It's still my son's favorite place.Kid-friendliness: This is my son's favorite restaurant. He is a seafood lover. I remember loving it, too.“
