“I was there this morning and one person (I think he said his name was Aman) was running the whole place by himself. And it was busy! I know this happens by chance sometimes, but this guy was pumping out drinks, serving food, and taking orders seamlessly and without attitude.
Kudos, dude! You deserve the biggest raise allowed.“
“I rarely ever leave reviews, but the workers here are so great, I almost feel obligated to give them some praise. I come almost every morning, and always get the same two lady’s and they are so kind and helpful. And my order is always perfect, the atmosphere is kind, and I pay and get through the line within 2 minutes. ???“
“Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!“
“I only had a coffee here in the latte. it was just fine. The young lady who took the order and served up the coffee was pleasant and friendly. As we picked up the coffee to have a seat, there were several dirty tables, but there was still room to sit down. The only other irritant was the fact that the music was playing a bit too loud, and it was a distraction while trying to have a conversation.“
“Dunkin' oh where to begin? Is a perfect place to go after an evening out with the guys to pick up some delicious donuts. I've seen some first dates here also. Needless to say, it's a pretty versatile establishment and I would recommend this Dunkin' to any all all Penn State students and alumni alike.“
“I seriously love my Dunkin, and don't have one were I live so when I come to work this is the 1st place I stop! Ima drive thru type of person so of course they got to know me and my boyfriend pretty well, we always laughed and joked. Well one day he misunderstood me cuz he can barely speak or understand English and made the drink i used to drink instead of the one I been getting for the past month or more, and I just so happened to have a free coffee on my app and the coffee was cheaper then the drink I got so he actually made me pay the difference even tho it was his mistake I meen who does that!?!?! Then I asked for xtra mocha, well the 1st one has so much in it I wouldn't even of been able to drink it, and the one I got ....well it pretty much just taste like ground ice smh!!! Then I got a donut, it was on it's side the icing slide off and not a single napkin!!! I feel like that was sayn a big f you!! I been going there for about 6 months or more and I will never go back!! I DO NOT tolerate rudeness and ignorance, especially when I'm giving them MY money!!He definitely just lost a customer!!!!!“
