I am so thankful I am for Penn Valley Cafe. I fly in and out of here several times a month for my work commute and really love having Francisco and Penn Valley here. My commute doesn't always line up with the flights so I usually spend about an hour here before the ticket counters open. Love the Cafe con leche!! ☕️
The cafe is clean, and very well priced! I got a bagel sandwich with bacon, and 2 drinks from the fridge and paid $16!! You go to any airport and you’re paying $16 for a bag of chips and a deep breath. The sandwich was made fresh, nothing frozen, very tasty! Great experience and food, made my flying experience here a lot better and a great way to start my morning.

Penn Valley Cafe is a hidden gem of a restaurant at the State College Airport. The food is absolutely fantastic and amazing, featuring a great fresh Cuban sandwich and a Cuban Panini with homemade shredded pork. The cafe also has amazing coffee, a Cafe Cortado, and killer smoothies. The people that run it are super nice and friendly. There is also free two-hour parking available, making it a very nice and convenient spot for a meal.
