Literally the best place to eat in state college for that price. Went there 4 times in one week and still not tired of it. They change the menu everyday and the quality is good. The owners/workers are sooo friendly even tho they are not fluent in English. Overall as a student the price is so good for that amount of food and worth going often.
This is what people in China would get for daily bento. With this price ($13 after tax), it deserves a 5-star review.
