Speak very clearly to the staff at the register and watch the baristas carefully. At least two different locations, my husband caught them prepping my hot chocolate with regular milk instead of oatmilk, and he had them remake it correctly. They always have oatmilk and soymilk, but they either don't always enter the order right or don't pay attention well.
For matcha lovers: order from another edge location bc more often than not it WILL be very clumpy and bitter here!!
Otherwise, all other drinks are made well, especially the caramel brulee latte. They dont have a thing to warm pastries up either, so do with that information what you will
