“I ordered catering from Pats for nurses week to be delivered today. When the food hadn’t arrived, I doubled checked and realized I had put the incorrect date 🤦🏻♀️ I called and spoke with the manager and even though I’m sure they were busy with Mother’s Day crowds they made our food AND had it delivered in less than an hour. That is PHENOMENAL customer service!!!! And the food was amazing!!!! Thank you, Pats!!!!!! You saved the day!“

“I travel a lot of place in the Lehigh Valley … This place has great food , environment and the staff complement each other.. On a Tuesday night … @ 6:30 the place is packed .“
