“We were driving down from Toronto to Pittsburgh and just happened upon this place for a quick bite to eat and we were so glad to have found it. The people were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I wish I could have taken some cookies back to Toronto with me.“

“This is a great, old-fashioned diner. My husband had the biscuits with gravy and I had the green chile smothered omelet. Both were excellent. If you love Hatch green chile you’ll love this green chile sauce. Friendly service, chatty locals, all the good stuff!!“

“There is only one reason I'm recommending this mercer area dive bar, and one reason I'll be back. They have fantastic wings...really, they were something else! We got 3 dozen for take out (buffalo, garlic parmesan, and garlic butter). I'm not sure if they are discounted on Wednesday but the bill seemed really reasonable for the quantity of food.“

“The ABSOLUTE BEST pizza shop around. Every order(12 I think) has been made quickly and precise and usually done earlier than they say. The whole crew are kind and courteous and treat every customer I ever witnessed with respect and gratitude. The new owners redone the whole inside prior to opening. They really added a family atmosphere to the place. I highly recommend eating anything on the menu as everything is fresh and delicious. I’d give them 10 stars across the board if I could.“

“As a young teenager i would buy their ham weggies every week. Moved to Texas nearly 3 decades ago and have been blessed periodically to visit Mercer and pick up a ham weggie. Gloria who worked there then and to my surprise was working there today when i stopped in. Extremely friendly and the ham weggie is the best. “Honestly this was my first time eating there I got 3 hoagies and two orders of bread sticks had a 30 min drive home and had one thing of bread sticks gone when my fiance told me Toby's has the best hoagies I told him I'll be the judge of that and honestly hands down the best place to eat I will drive there any time to get food thank u for great food“

“It is under new management, Jonathan, which has a wonderful professional attitude is very kind. Very kind hearted and all of their staff are really great. They have new staff members so ever since we’ve been going with the new management new staff I have not had a problem with our food And they made Mathias ? ?? ??? pizza. Perfect.“
