“This is a small spot on the intersection of Prince Street and West Liberty. I love how they keep their menu simple with your burgers, chicken, cheesesteaks and shakes. It may be simple but they do a fantastic job with their product. Their cheeseburgers are a must grab. You know it’s a good burger when the outer edges have that slight crispiness. Honestly, one of the better burgers in the entire area. I also really enjoyed the onion rings. Nice and crispy, and the onion doesn’t all come out with a single bite. It was also packed, so you know it’s a good spot for some easy grub.“

“This is simply one of the best burger joints I've ever been at in my life. I had the dry aged burger, my wife and son had the classic and my daughter in law had the sweet heat. Fries were fresh cut, onion rings were exceptional, hand battered. They have a brewery that is also on site mad chef, great beer. This is a great stop, you will not regret the trip.“

“Had a good time.. beer selection didn't suite my taste but found something to drink and they have many options. Sat at high top at bar and found attention lacking. Music rely on patron touch tunes which was fine most of the time we were there. Food was good. Had rock fish starter.. shrimp tacos and chicken cheese steak with fries all was good except didn't care for the fries. Definitely a local haunt . Comfortable atmosphere.“

“I am absolutely impressed with this place. I’m currently pregnant and really struggling to find things that I enjoy to eat. Meat has been one of the things that I’ve been struggling with. I saw the balsamic glaze chicken on the menu and decided to ask the waiter if it was good and to describe to me what it tasted like since I worried about it being dry and me possibly wasting my money. The waiter mentioned my situation to the chef, Nestor, and the chef proceeded to come out, and asked me exactly how I would like it. He made a glaze and came out with it to let me try it which shocked me. It tasted AMAZING!!!! When they brought out my meal, it was the most I’ve enjoyed meat in weeks, it was so tender and full of flavor!! Thank you Nestor for you’re attention to detail. I will be telling everyone about this place (:“

“Omg, I LOVE their meatball parmigiana sandwich [warm]! The bread holds everything together with great taste. The meatballs are seasoned well, marinara is above average, and Danny’s don’t chintz on the mozzarella!. Great taste, great comfort food. [may be a bit salty for some]. I adore their corn fritters. Fair pricing. Easy online order. Pleasant and quick delivery to SOWE area. Highly recommend.“

“A hidden gem. My office decided to grab lunch to go from The Grille. We ordered subs, sweet potato and waffle fries as well as somesalads! This was my first time ordering from here and I will definitely order again. I had the Caprese style salad with grilled chicken! It was so fresh and seasoned so well. I can't wait to go back and, try it again!“
“Came here for the second time and was able to try their ice cream for the first time. I ordered a bowl of 2 scoops- marshmallow chocolate and peanut butter ripple, which cost a little less than $5. What's hot - Quality of ice cream. I really enjoyed the flavors I got! Their marshmallow chocolate was actually marshmallowy. The chocolate flavor wasn't too sweet and didn't overpower the marshmallow, either, which I enjoyed. Their peanut butter ripple appears to be a very popular flavor, because the bucket was practically empty by the time I ordered, which was close to closing time. The consistency of the peanut butter ripple is the best! The peanut butter is not too creamy and sweet; it had a hint of saltiness. - Variety of options at store. In addition to the ice cream, they sell meals and snacks, including bubble tea; the latter, of which, I'm very hesitant in trying. There are also many grocery options, like regular pies, whoopie pies, Jams, jellies, savory snacks, etc.... - Price. Pretty reasonable, depending on what you're getting. Paying $5 for my 2 scoops of ice cream is good value for money, especially given the quality of the ice cream. - Holiday hours. They were open the day after Christmas, which was great. I asked them why they're open and Emma's Popcorn was not. One of the staff told me they're staffed with Mennonites, so; it sounds like their hours may be more flexible. What's not - Regular store hours. Even though they are staffed with Mennonites, keep in mind their hours aren't too flexible, in that they don't open past a certain time. - Location. Depending on where you're coming from, this place may be out of your way. Additionally, they're not conveniently located to other shops. Final Answer Definitely plan on returning.“

“Great food but their curbside pickup sure isn’t the best. After waiting in my truck for 10 minutes after I notified them that I was at the store via their system I finally called in but put on hold for “a few seconds”. After another four minutes I went in to find out they tried to bring my order to me but saw another vehicle that met the same description and no one was in it. All they had to do was call the number or look around the parking lot. Instead I got cold food by the time I got home.“

“I’ve gotten their ribeye special the last few weeks and I say this with no reservation. The only place I’ve had a better steak is at 401 Prime, except this steak is at a fraction of the price. Whoever is cooking the steak at 551 west is doing a phenomenal job. If they have a ribeye special I will be here eating a delicious perfectly cooked medium rare steak.“

“I remember coming here as a teenager and it was always the best cheesteak/cheeseburger sub in the city. Since then it's slowly gone downhill with the taste, presentation and environment. Sometimes the burgers are burnt or the cheesesteak has no flavor etc. It mostly has to do with the idiots that have been hired in the past but still has downgraded. I wish it was the old speeds to be honest. I really miss that. It's still really busy all the time though so I know they get good business“

“Just got ice cream this time. It was good! Service felt a bit slow.. they had two different flavors of SOFT SERVE! Also hand dipped is good here. It's a bit of a time capsule. ? Lots of different ice cream options in this area, and this one has its place.“

“The food has always been fresh and absolutely delicious here for me, well worth the money you pay. Also, I didn’t catch the girls name working tonight, but she was incredibly nice to every customer that she interacted with and those little things always make someone’s day :)“

“I don't know if this place is always like this because I had never been here before. But I can say the order taker was upbeat and pleasant, the girl at the window was the same, my fries were super hot and fresh, my burger was great. I wish all the fast food places had this crew that I got on 1/12/24.“

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“
“A great hidden gem if you're looking for some great fried chicken or a burger and fries. It's a lunch counter, but there are a few tables. Some of the best fried chicken I've had, and really friendly service. Glad I found this place close to the nursing home I visit often.“

“Dining out is all about service. Staff we met was up beat and friendly. John, who attended us for dinner was spot on at every point in the meal service. Many thanks to him. The food is very well prepared and presented. My partner had the chicken parmesan I had the meatloaf, not on the google review choices. However, I chose because to me it represented a regional food type. And, it was very tasty. We will return for a repeat. Although named a tavern, it is more a fine dining establishment. Lively customers that were charming and relaxing.“
