“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

“I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

Luckily the restaurant has amazing customer service, called me to ask if i ever received my food, made me a fresh pizza and sent it out immediately. 5 star food- 5 star service from Matt.“

“Thin crust pizza is delicious, nice crispy crust with good cheese and a nice thin and flavorful sauce. Pretzel sticks are great, they were a lighter pretzel covered in a garlic butter sauce. Tons of beer options, this place is so chill we sat there 2 hours just having a couple beers on a Sunday afternoon. Was great“

“Grew up down the road been coming here since they opened In like 2010 I think it was… owners paid for my stuff at turkey hill twice and i never asked for it. And they have never made a mistake on any order of mine. The food is great too. The cicilan is fire. Prices are affordable“

And the service was terrible! “I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I booked the upstairs room for my wedding’s after-party. I was offered a few different booking options and all were extremely reasonable compared to some other event places in Lancaster city. Even though it’s not along the main row of bars on King Street, it’s a quick walk from the Mariott. Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also worked with Tony who knocked it out of the park. He provided a cooler full of beers and pizza for my guests for a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to have a bar in the upstairs area close to the back event room. So many of the guests talked about the after-party and how much they enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.“

I did show up a couple minutes early so maybe they wanted to get me served. Regardless the staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I can’t really say much about the interior but it looked nice.“
