“We had an enjoyable dinner with my wife, college roommate and his wife. The atmosphere was enjoyable, just enough noise with a great looking room. The service was outstanding, and the food was highly enjoyable. The French Onion Soup was delicious with a unique puff pastry topping. The house salad had a mixture of greens, blue cheese, cranberries, nuts & seeds with a mild vinaigrette dressing; overall it was fantastic. Finally, the entrees were varied, large and enjoyable. This is an absolute gem and well-worth visiting. We will be back when we are in the area again.”

“I have been to Bovino’s several times and every time I go I have something different. I’m usually a creature of habit but Bovino’s has a selection of locally brewed beer that will satiate every taste bud. The food is great, too! The Flatbread pizza is so delicious. My fave is the Apple & Brie. The creamy Brie and caramelized apples, melt in your mouth. The sweetness of the apples with the saltiness of the prosciutto 🤌 The friendly staff, locally brewed beer & yummy food, I mean what more could you ask for! Oh! The French onion soup bomb. ‘Nuff said.”

I have had many dishes here over the years and they have all been amazing, from empanadas to steak, and from chicken to a variety of seafood.

Yes, the food may take a while if they are busy but it has always been worth the wait. Besides excellent food, these are big portions as if you have visited Marcos' place for a home cooked meal.

The consistency and quality of the dishes amazes me and I hope you discover how fantastic La Morena is for lunch and dinner.”

“I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Firstly the temperature outside and inside was well balanced and I thought the varnishing of the bar complimented this greatly. This was a good break from finding a room mate at college. I ordered my steak raw and it was delicious. I love eating it raw. Hope to be back soon with my boyfriend and his sons.”

“We stopped into Ichiban Steakhouse on 9th Street a little later in the evening and were greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Even though it was late, our waiter was extremely polite, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed. We opted for water, and refills were prompt and attentive throughout the meal.
We started with the boiled dumplings, which were clearly handmade and absolutely delicious. You can taste the freshness, and they’re some of the better dumplings I’ve had in the area. For the entrée, we ordered the chicken with garlic sauce, which came with white rice. This dish has always been a favorite of mine here, and it didn’t disappoint—flavorful, well-balanced, and consistently outstanding.
I asked to substitute fried rice and added an egg roll for an additional $9.95. The fried rice is prepared completely differently than what you find at most Chinese restaurants, and it’s excellent—unique, flavorful, and well worth the upgrade. The egg roll also tasted handmade and was crisp, fresh, and very satisfying.
Overall, the service was great, the staff was genuinely polite, and the bill was very reasonable even with the upcharge. A consistently solid spot with great food and friendly service.”

“My girlfriend and I DoorDashed our meal, so we couldn't experience the establishment and its atmosphere, but the food was absolutely phenomenal!

She ordered the Chicken Burrito and I got the Barria version. The food, sauces, and vegetables were fresh. Besides feeling like I was eating a ten-pound burrito, the flavor blew my mind. Such an excellent balance of taste and texture that almost brought me to tears. (I know that sounds dramatic but I love amazing food.)

Even the chips were fantastic because they were fresh with the right amount of salt. The salsa was dressed up more than I've seen in a long while.

Interestingly, the burritos came with chunks of radish. It didn't seem like that would fit with the meal but it complemented everything perfectly.

My sincere apologies to the owner(s) and staff for not getting food sooner. That certainly won't happen again!

We cannot wait to get back there.

“Huge thank you to La Cocina Dominicana for catering our work party extremely last minute. I needed a dozen empanadas (chicken and beef), arroz con gandules, baked chicken, pernil and maduros and everything was so delicious and reasonably priced. They weren’t my first option when I thought of getting Spanish food catered just based on where the job is and we had a closer option that we tend to go to quite a bit. Almost 30$ later ready to pay all of a sudden there card machine wasn't working and it took about 5-10 mins of doing different things to reset and boot the system back down. I'm not the impatient type and I understand things happen so I waited until things were back on to continue to try and pay, the manager insisted the meal was comp for the troubles which I felt was way above the calling and such a nice gesture to make i will definalty be returning here not only is the food great but the customer service is amazing thank you five guys”

Their night crew recently deserves so much praise and is the reason we came back twice in one week. The men working recently are friendly and polite and you can just tell they love making people good food and interacting with their customers. “If you wanted a good, crispy, almost identical to a New York slice then definitely come here. I live about 25 minutes away and this place is always my first stop when coming to this area.
I recommend a white or Sicilian slice 100%. The white is AMAZING and the Sicilian is thick, fluffy, and just the right amount of sauce and cheese.
The guys who work here are also amazing.
This place has great seating, good lighting, and I personally really like the little trays that they have lol.”

“we usually have good experiences here. last night, however, was horrible. my kids got their food and the waitress forgot mine. My son's chicken fried steak was partially raw. My other son ordered chicken strips for an appetizer and it was served with his dinner. I asked for extra sauce and had to ask again. she never came back to the table once we were done and waited 20 minutes. We had to ask for our Togo dinner which was never put in the kitchen and we placed the order when we ordered our food. I did mention to the cashier that I was unhappy with the service and it seemed like she was just brushing me off. only said I'm sorry. not what happened or anything and only seemed interested in me paying. it wasnt even busy. sorry to say, we won't be back.”
