“Great food and excellent service!“

“Good Evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I googled breakfast spots and this came up. Originally, I was going to Bittersweet Kitchen in Media, but alas, no parking in Media. There is metered parking but no spaces were available. Also there was kiosk parking but I do not have the app that is required and I was not going to download it. I have Meter App for Philly, but not the one for Delaware County. I ordered take out at Antonia's. A nice young lady handed me a menu. I decided on 2 slices of french toast and turkey bacon. Salma, another nice young lady who smiled, took my order. It was $12.93. I was happy because I finally found a nice breakfast spot and it was inexpensive. What a FIND!!! I can't wait to tell AJ about this one. I received my food quickly and I also asked for an orange juice, a large. I was so hungry after trying to donate blood at the American Red Cross. This time at the Wawa Beverage Center in Media, PA., located at 1393 Baltimore Pike. My hemoglobin, once again was too low for Power Red. They tried two thumbs. The one thumb registered 8.9, so so low and the other thumb was 13.0. Not enough for Power Red. I didn't want to give a regular blood donation, I signed up for Power Red. So I bade them goodbye and then I left. I love donating Power Red since you only have to do it four(4) times a year. Salma, my server, was so so nice at Antonia's and she smiled. I gave her my business card and I asked her to follow me on my social media platforms. She said that she would. I gave her a $5.00 tip since she was so kind and hospitable. She smiled and was very happy. I wonder if she is named after the actress Salma Hayek. I paid my bill and then I left. This is a nice quaint restaurant. The set up and the inside of the place is very inviting. Antonia's reminds me of a quaint little inn that you see on social media. Also it reminds me of a cozy bed and breakfast. I enjoyed my experience here even though I opted for take out and ate in my car. I don't like dining alone in a restaurant. I will be back. I liked the service here very much. “This is my first visit and I have found myself never wanting to leave! The food is delicious and the staff is exceptional. The staff team work so well together and give off such phenomenal energy. I ate and smiled the entire visit. If I had more time to be in the company of the phenomenal staff, Chef Asia (AJ), Chef Asha, Chef Carl, Chef Janelle and Chef Tweet, I would have placed my credit card on the table and stayed for lunch, dinner and breakfast. “I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!“

“We had a small party at Riverwinds on Saturday night. The food was excellent. However, the dessert package is a total ripoff! There was a plate of small desserts ( 1”square pieces of cake, 2 “ eclairs, a chocolate covered strawberry, and a tiny cannoli. There were not even enough for everyone to take one! When I asked for more the waitress said I should go to another table and see if they had anything! 😡😳 Definitely not worth $10 a person! RIPOFF!“

“Honestly, I rarely get to come here but whenever I do it’s amazing. The owners are always very kind and welcoming. + They treat you like FAMILY. I tend to just get their normal Mac ‘N Cheese and it’s REALLY cheesy! They also have their own area just for kids. It has nice things you can borrow (such as games) to make your experience way more fun! Their menu is very diverse so even if you don’t like Mac ‘N Cheese you’re bound to see something you’ll like. And again on the service. The workers are so kind and whenever I’m talking with the owners it’s as if we’re FAMILY“

“visited 214 on a whim for a quick Friday night out with a friend. Our server Brendon apologized for the delay in getting to our table, explaining that it had been a wild night and they were slightly understaffed (understandable, it was Valentine's Day). After that, though, he was attentive and friendly for the entire meal. The winter salad I ordered was enormous and although it could have used more dressing, it was still enjoyable. My friend's burger came with a generous portion of fries and was phenomenal. For drinks, I opted for their "dealer's choice" option that lets you roll three dice to create a unique off-menu cocktail. It was dangerously tasty and a generous pour. After dinner, we moved to the bar and chatted with the bar manager Jeremy, who was not only also incredibly friendly and great conversation, but knew his way around the bar and came up with another bespoke cocktail when they were out of an ingredient for the drink I originally wanted. Overall, a fantastic experience across the board and definitely my new favorite spot in Media.“

“Been a patron of this Applebees for years and found it silly how I haven't given a review yet. Never had any issues here. Rather the experience was in person or through an online order. The staff is always courteous and lovely. There's been some occassions in ehich the manager eould come around asking of how the staff service is. And I never recall being dissatisfied while here. Wish I could be a bit more critical but I always know what to expect when I come here. Good food and good people.

If I would critique anything, there were only a handful of times in which a staff member had us waiting a bit for curbside...but one just has to take into account that this is a restaurant in which the employees are working together but also on top of taking care of the customers who are dining in. And when the service was a bit late, the employees were always very courteous by giving an apology or communicating the wait time to us out in the cars. Once again, I give them total grace as it's a rare occasion.“

“I ordered lunch for my family, for take out. One item was loaded potato puffs. They came with a very small drizzle of sour cream and a few small pieces of bacon. most were dry and plain. Very frustrating as this was my husbands only food he ordered and will be eating 😔“

The white server/ cashier wasn't so friendly as far as energy and demeanor. Total opposite of her coworker. She was just there to do a job and it showed.“

“It's been several years since I visited TJs and joined a friend for lunch. It's the same as it always was - great food, great service, large beer list if your looking for that. The French Onion Soup is always amazing and a great start to your meal or a great compliment with a salad for a meal itself!“

“We purchased FRIED CHICKEN WINGS and they are some of the best I've had in decades! Although the wings are not huge, the average size is on the small/medium side. They are cooked when ordered so they were HOT! The coating is crisp and firm and the chicken is FRESH and seasoned deliciously without needing to add any additional seasoning, not too salty. It's in the hood, so it's a no frills tight space, no seating/standing room only. Nice surprise tho!“
