“It was an excellent experience.

We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

My husband and I ordered a drink we didn't like, so we went back to the speaker to order another and expected to pay for it, cause it was out fault we didn't like it
But the lady that gave us the new drink said it was on them and that we didn't have to pay!

“Since the last month the staff is all new, the food is great ( bowls we get) and good amount. Food never runs out. Place is spotless. Staff work well together. New manager lady always cleaning and busy. Staff not picking at food and popping in their mouths while preparing. Really got it together! Great job guys!

“I went here last night after the huge storm and nobody had power but they did. The place was super busy the employees remained calm and respectful. Line was out the door and they were running out of food. The boy at the register his name was Scott even though he was running back and forth between making milkshakes and waiting on customers he still greeted every customer with a smile including my self. Great experience in a stressful time. All 4 employees were efficient and friendly so thank you to all working 4/29/25 at the waterworks five guys!“

“I went to Chicken Fil A in Fox Chapel on Thursday and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the excellent service. The bathrooms are spotless, the dining room is spotless, and the food, as always, is delicious. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. “I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“Always hot and fresh and they will make your sandwiches as you request. I have a finicky 5 year old grandson and they make his sandwiches just the way he likes them. Thank you 😃

“Stopped in after work for a bite. I've never been to a Charleys. I tried their hottest wings and got a 10 piece and fries for a great price. I'm not only impressed by the food and atmosphere, but the store was very clean and everyone on shift today was friendly. I left quite satisfied and will for sure be back.“

“Haven't had Long John's in awhile. DeCife on Mother's Day I give it a try. What a mistake food was cooked in dirty grease taste awful and look just as bad! Really upset with this use to love there food ready when downhill since I ate there before never again!“

“I went through the drive through and got the 2 piece chicken tender with water. The guy handing us our food was nice did forget our straw but was very apologetic and polite. The food was quite good the ranch that came with it had a nice kick. Overall pretty good. The water was 75 percent ice though.“

“Their Chicago deep dish pizza is just like I remembered when I spent several months in Chicago for training. The dough had a nice crispy edge with a soft inside and the sauce was excellent and was generously applied over the toppings. This was my first Grandslam pizza and it was tremendous. When I come into town, this will my first choice for pizza. Larry from Michigan.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. I know she’s something out from another location which is awesome. Look forward to seeing her again great employee/manager!“
