After learning about the GRASSLAND BUTTER used in baking, plus more additional details, I purchased 1 square of tomato pie ($1.75), 2 cheese/fruit danish ($4.75 each), a 6 pack of ciabatta rolls ($3.00), a long loaf of cracked black pepper and Asiago bread ($7.75), an iced cinnamon roll ($3.75) and a 3 pack of these Scottish Tiffan ($3.60, refer to FB post) ALL $30. Now home, I perked a pot of coffee and sat down to enjoy the danish which imparts a delicious buttery dough, nice, generous middle of fruit filling with an underlay of cream cheese mixture spread. Oh, yum. 😋“

My favorite is the blueberry muffin, which is perfectly moist, has a crumb top, is the right amount of sweet, and doesn’t fall apart.
Reminds me of the one Whole Foods used to have back in the day, but better.

Always have a few vegan options: espresso cookie, a strawberry mousse cookie sandwich, a shortbread cookie, and a brownie are ones I’ve seen. All are very good and the prices are reasonable.

I had a hard time choosing the flavor because they all sounded so delicious but I chose the Vanilla Cake with Italian Meringue Icing and Raspberry Filling. When I say it was the best cake I've ever had I mean it. Many others said the same thing. It was so flavorful, moist and beautifully decorated. Definitely my go to bakery for fresh, unique and delicious cakes.“

“Easton Baking Company is an absolute GEM and without a doubt my new go-to donut spot. Every single donut I tried was incredibly fresh, soft, and so flavorful they literally melt in your mouth. You can taste the quality and care in every bite.

I started with the cannoli-filled, chocolate-covered donut and WOW. The cannoli filling was perfectly creamy, not overly sweet, and studded with those little chocolate chips that just make it chef’s kiss perfection. The apple pie–filled sugar donut was straight up YUM — warm, cozy flavors with just the right balance of sweetness. The glazed donut was insanely soft and pillowy, exactly how a classic glazed donut should be. The custard-filled sugar donut was hands-down delicious — rich, smooth, and satisfying.

Then there was the jelly-filled donut with the peanut butter topping — OMG YES. That combo is unreal and worked so well together. And don’t even get me started on the apple fritter — the perfect amount of sweetness with a lovely tart apple flavor throughout. Not greasy, not heavy, just perfectly done.

Beyond the donuts, the service was super friendly and kind. Everyone was happy to answer questions and genuinely welcoming. They also offer coffee and sourdough loaves of bread, which I didn’t grab this time — but trust me, I will be next visit. The coffee smelled amazing, and everyone around me was ordering it. If I hadn’t already had two cups before coming, I would’ve been right in that line.

A few helpful things to note: the inside is a bit small, with no tables, so plan accordingly. Also, get there early because they do sell out. Unfortunately, they were already out of Boston cream donuts when I arrived — so that just means I’ll be back earlier next time. Parking can be a little tricky as well since it’s street parking, and when I went there was construction happening. Be prepared to pay for parking and walk a bit.

That said, the shop itself is super clean, well-run, and truly one of the best baking/donut shops I’ve ever been to. Also not overly priced like some shops. Easton Baking Company is an absolute must-visit, and I’ll 100% be back again and again.“

“I needed a gift for a colleague so I stopped in for a box of cookies. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the shop. The boxes are so beautifully wrapped! She loved it. The flavor options are absolutely incredible. I got the cookies, some individual biscotti & a bag of biscotti bits [which I thought was a cool offering]. We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great.
